Actually, I recall Ichigo hearing Rukia saying something when his fullbring first manifested that was along the lines of not wanting him to do "something so foolish" or whatever.

In his sleep And I'd like it to remain that way, the whole "Ichigo goes illegal" thing has been abused in movies and was the prime subject of early bleach, using it again would be just weak.
