Did he really get #8 three times in a row at the polls? Sounds amazing Episode 241 is just soooo funny...best moments:
- hostcar apperance, "VR00M!"
- Kondo eating a banana, simple but curiously funny at the same time
- LET'S PAAARTY! From TOUSHI on top of ISAO

Next week's gonna be amazing, love the new OP/ED.

P.S: Remind me not to watch Gintama while sick, laughing hurts more than usual :S

Host club? Interesting ^^"
OMG, Gin sure has a talent for that, until he messes it up as usual.
Can't wait to see what stupidity will make me laugh next time ^^

Sa-chan strapped on the ceiling, drinking champane with a curly straw = WIN!

I'd love to say "that is all", but this episode was so good Nice soundtrack to follow the mood, lots of DBZ references, Gin getting abused in all possible ways...this made my day^^

Yamcha approves of this episode. It's rare for him not the target of mockery when DB is brought up in Gintama. I laughed so hard when Hijikata recreated the farewell scene

All that Vegeta bashing was very funny. The scene where Kyuubei and the others tried to clean the poop off Yagami's hair was the second best scene of the ep.

That scene had me on the verge of death from laughter, my sides still hurt.
Fish on the Host, poor Madao he lost his awesome cardboard suit.
This episode was just glorious. I'm surprised that Shinpachi didn't get hurt at all by the drunk monsters.

Next ep, jail with an editor? Can't wait!

That was fun!

I think maybe the translation is a bit wrong when gin saw kyuubei because he said "a girl" but I heard "oiran" wich means courtesan

Hilarious.

My favourite scene of the episode has to be the BADMAN reference. You can't have an episode focused around making fun of Vegeta without mentioning that legendary shirt.

Anybody recognize the BGM in the preview? I swear I've heard the theme before.

Now this episode is funny LOL! Piccolo's shoulder pads are a hindrance? LOL! And yes, the Vegeta parts were the best.

Hijikata goin "Let's party" never gets old XD
Surprisingly lots of DBZ joke in it, been 20+ year since i last read DBZ so it's a bit hard for me to get the jokes anymore.

After watching this weeks episode, all i can say is i'd read that shoulder pads manga. Scratch that, i'd watch the anime.

Having Penguindrum and Utena mentions were quite nice, along side the usual Saint Seiya and Bakuman ones.

Next week sees the start of our next arc.

This week's episode was one of the funniest of the series. I was in tears by the end of it. Those freaking shoulder pads

All the parodies/references were great too. There were so many of them: Bakuman, Death Note, To Love-ru, Saint Seiya, Dragon ball, Fukumoto (Gintoki's art), Tezuka, ...

The editor's reactions were gold. Terrific tsukkomi. Unfortunately for him, his mind couldn't handle the sheer brilliance of this manga.

Who the hell cape up with the script for this episode...it was so funny From Goku in Naruto's gear, to...prison shoulder pads, Chageth Note The best part for me was the beginning, with the editor bitching about his life and making it look like a prison, and then...Saaachiii!

Seriously if you compare Bleach and Gintama first volumes the difference is astounashing. Bleach really picked up on art's department. It is amazing on it's own that Gintama still looks the same.
