Looking through the article, it seems like the only concrete fact is that there will be a continuation. No dates have been given yet. Still, this is exciting news.

Erm. Why it is marked as '2' if it is a 4th season? Even if you do no count the shorter-format first one, it is a third.

Not enough Honoka, but trailers can be deceiving.

Who's the long-haired girl with Aoi in the canoe (and later resting on Aoi's lap)? Is that her senpai from work?

And how is it that the red-haired girl is the mountain-climbing club president, but we've never even heard of a mountain-climbing club before? Were Aoi and Hinata and Kaede going rogue all this time?

Excellent. I caught up with the earlier seasons this year so I'm really looking forward to this. An excellent follow up to a good string of SOL series this year, including its thematically sister series Laid back club.

If Google is translating things accurately enough, this page says the show is doing a collaboration with the local basketball team of the region where the characters live. There's also a video of the seiyuu who plays the new character, Koharu, with members of the team.

However, the first four episodes are going to be compilations with some new content. All-new content doesn't start until Episode 5.
