Blog problem?

I don't know if this is in the right place. If it isn't, feel free to move it. I NEED to say this! Has anyone ever been to the anime blog called Ex-Fansubber? here's the link in case you were wondering.

For some STRANGE reason, every time I try to go to it, go to a certain page, or even to DO something on it, an all-white page shows up with the black text that reads "you are banned". I'm trying to tell Hinano about it, but the flippin' thing won't even let me comment! I don't know why!! Could it be a virus? Can it be fixed? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Admins, if you're reading this, I'm sorry but PLEASE don't delete this topic! I need to tell someone about this! ALL my attempts to tell Hinano about it have failed! Did I do something wrong on the site? I need to know! Sorry about my rambling. I have nobody else to tell about this.

I just tried it. Seems I got blocked too, so I must open it with a proxy service.

Did he/she blocked some IP range? Strange to heard.

Not necesarly him. If the person in charge of the domain banned your ip range then accessing that directory you would still be banned. Just use a proxy.
