Ok, I haven't been keeping up with the manga and I want to know if Lee is going to be healed anytime soon. Please tell me what you manga followers know.

If that happens, then sakura will almost certainly fall for him. I still say my theory for Orochimaru wanting sasuke purely for sakura and ino still stands. If sasuke gets all the girls, who DOESN'T want to be him?

I think Lee will do the surgery, and come back as good as new.

Even though, as I said in another topic, many people would stop reading Naruto if Rock Lee died. He's one of the top 10 most popular characters in Naruto. It would be the same as when (spoilers for Rurouni Kenshin manga)...

OOO this might happen- Since Tsunade only knows that that hes tragicly injured she might assume that his disability of not being able to use genjutsu/ninjitsu was also caused by his fight w/ gaara and while healing his spinal injuries she'll also alter his nerves so when he comes out of his operation not only will he have his old abilities he can take on some new ones also- this way he can be once again be a challenged to sasuke ;p

ya she'll give him a make over and he will look better than sasuke... which makes all the girls fall for him instead.
