i never said that Goomoonryong will change his mind...i said that, part 2 " will end in a anticlimactic end, with a bloody and happy shioon.. nobody die ", just look the end of part 1, we lose Goomoonryong ( he lose his opportunity to kill the chief, and lose his student and go with his group), we lose shiho (bullet + sniper), sosul leave to god knew where.., shion lose his ki center, almost enter coma,....and after he check his cell phone, he start to cry in happiness ....in a hospital, without ki center, almost killed again by a fake doctor.... that is just how shioon is....


and about the bad side... part 1 is about the bad side, Goomoonryong , shiho and shion are de evil doing, one is a monster that kill masters, shiho steal that pill(egg, medicine... that nobody can eat , because you will plop!! ) and feed shioon for her own purposes, shion just stay there... because he want to change.. gain power...that is the start for a evil group.... along the way, we know the tragic end of Goomoonryong master ( he was condemned to stay in his cave, and he raise a disciple, even if he was unjustly condemned or manipulated, he still kill a lot of masters ), then we know about the chief, and his search for the technique, ....then we raid the base, bla bla bla,.. they got the chance to retreat, but no... then sh*t happen ....


so, the bad side in part 1 is very good, en part 2, we got a gang that want to overturn a country, with pills that give you more power and then you die... ahh..... and our mc is the leader of the group that kill the former teacher of our master(add here politic crimes, abuse of power ).... .. smug face is spinning around the room ....

i hope that south corea got a good military capacity ( i don't have information ), considering history, obviously used in pacific or pro peace.,, if we talk about usa or another country ( productivity, military).. those snipers in past chapters...., they would have kill our mc.. the training in black ops and cross-border operations... you cant easily fool that ..... i wanted to see ghillie suits

but sosul can burn people ... with her fingers....

Dude. The original Breaker was about a small cast at it's core beginning to explore a small part of the universe, part 2 is about an exploration of said world and the politics, people and differing points of view.

Personally I really enjoy part 2 because now we know about the many clans, gaju's, techniques and alliances within the Murim. Shioon is learning to become a leader, he's fighting his own battles and now understands that while his master told him how evil the Murim his point of view was coming from someone who was just hurting and felt wronged.

Honestly if you thought 9arts wasn't going to have a heart you need to reread or pay better attention. There were many many many indicators he was not gonna be the bad guy forever, I mean... this is a freaking shounen style story man, come on.

i just saying that after part 1, i have much more expectations.

i understand that the first part is about "worldbuilding", but we got so many thing, we got car chase, deadly fights....

in part 2 we got shioon, he go with the flow and integrated into the murim world , he become a head, now he command people, he suffer a lot, his mother, he lost his blood, he get beating, but he still is the same "nice" guy....

i think the author don't want to cross the line, and make him kill people, but this is a world where people die for honor, where people do thing that they dont like because reason... so all of his fight will end in he wining for guts, will, spirit , or overpowering them in safely ways(not a bad thing )

I'm trying to say that first part is more crude.

about 9 arts, i never said that he didn't have heart, he can be good and bad, he protect his world, but also kill , he follow the path of revenge, "kill till you get killed", he is doing the same thing to others (he kill master, who have students , who will seek revenge , a eternal cycle ).

about the shonen thing, are you sure that this story is shonen?

i got seinen vibes, at least for part 1.

we got suicide attempt, revenge, bulling, abuse of power, Sae-Hee case, ...

but part 2 feel shonen, except suc profile..

My touhgt is 9ad was brainwashing from the power itself,and to hold him in that manner, kaiser fed up the pill, prevent he regain memory,but if this is true all the things he done since leaving shin woo was kaiser orders(marionete mode on)
At the end even with all of his power 9ad is a pity man(losing his master,lover,disciple and maybe he dont remember) poor 9ad...
New waves will end 9ad regaining his memories by heaven strike from shion... the same as end of 1 arc sosul will come to retrieve 9ad by kaiser orders...

That is not true. I don't think he ever stated something like that ever since his ki-center restored. Moreover in Chapter 116 Shiwoon declared that he would kill glasses guy:

It's obvious that none of the named characters died there, but it's possible that someone got injured at least. Also they will either need glasses guy's car, or advance on foot.

As for the "leak" I from a long long time marked the "bald goverment guy" to be the spy working for Suc.... he gets all information... and current chapter kinda proved that thinking... since the glassy dude mentioned only to him that shioon mostly went ot the tower... and moment later the mustache guy knows he is mostly going there and sends bomb car at him...

anyway lets wait another 20chapters to show that theory of mine to be true xD since this is mostly the ammount of chapters needed for shioon to get to the tower.... next chapers will mostly be more wild pokemons spawning in front of shioon to get beaten up in 1-2chapters (depends on the enemy level)

It will mostly end with Kwon fighting the mustache guy... while Shioon gets to the tower and gets his fight with the angry SUC uncle... and will end with meeting gromo..... season ends with Sosul appearing or kaiser orders her to go to seul to deal or bring shioon to him... (while jinie and sera fight for who will carry shioons babies)

I know that sounds like an excuse, but maybe they just think "that was disappointing, you are not even worth enough to be killed" or something like that
On the other hand the plot also is always directly avoiding such situations where it's really kill or be killed, like the fight between "shitty four eyes" and "favorite sample", when the Doctor intervened.
At least people actually die here, unlike most japanese shonen manga... (I just pretend that whole Shiho being possibly revived plot does not exist for now).
Additionally Shiwoon does not order the people something ridiculous like "don't ever kill anyone", which a lot of shonen protags would do.

He's also probably even stronger than he was then, considering his condition wasn't all that stable on the island, then like a month passed, and he's been doing that meditation training.

I think we really have no idea how strong Shioon is.

Sera gets a lot of covers lately. I think the author has heard his fans cries that Sera is the best girl. I hope this impacts shipping.

Well, I say 'Master level' in that he was probably of equal standing to many mid-lvl murim Masters while on the island. I wouldn't put him at 'Grand Master' level yet though.

I doubt if Sera will be more than Shi-Woon's personal secretary, even though I really REALLY want him to take the 'Tenchi Solution' on this one:

I read it. But he doesn't strike me as master level. Specially the sparring he did with the other head guy that he fought in season 1. Sure his strong but master level? I'm not sure if his the same league as the old guys or his master.

His "mental training" gives him an almost exponential growth. Wasn't that established long ago? I am sure the only thing that toned that down was the fact that his Ki-center didn't recover yet, but after it was restored there was nothing to stop him from skyrocketing into high-level tier. Also he retroactively was able to use all the skills he gained through mental training, after his Ki-centered was restored, that is why he was able to hold his ground so well on the island, or why he was able to spar with the genius guy from Chundomoon (did I spell that right?) so well.

Since his last mental training he got another growth period, that we have not seen the results of yet.

I say... that everyone in that car survived and are just hiding... shioon used himself as a bite to find out about who is the leak.... next it will turn out that shioon was lieing down there with a hidden microphone that was recording everything the "leak" was talking and Sera will broadcast this talk to all murims (and the goverment leaders that didnt knew about this)

Kinda this will screw up the plan totaly... and later on shioon will tell the glass guy that this was all his and sera's plan and will appologize to him for using him like that (to find the spy)
