The statements coming from the Saki Fes have all stated "Episode 13~" so there is still a possibility there may be more episodes. Reports from those who purchased BD v5 have indicated that there is enough room for 5 volumes in the LE Box which would total 9 volumes when you add the 4 from v1's LE box. That would indicate 3 more volumes. The amount of episode per volume has not been announced either, but could be 1 ep/volume and keep 15 total. That's all we know for the time being.

I hope this is not the case, that is one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to anime releases. If they plan to put out 3 more volumes for 3 episodes I would rather they use that extra disk space to at least make the end of the semi finals 4 episodes or more since the manga version of those matches are not short enough to cram into three 22 minute episodes (seeing how they will be aired on TV i doubt they would make them a full 30 minute episode).

To think, 3 more episodes... to cover the remaining 4 semi-final games. They might need a couple more than that. Unless, they want to abbreviate 1 or 2 of the games.

Three more forty-five minute episodes would be somewhat of a nice gift to the fans. Wonder if the series will be getting an overseas DVD release or airing on TV?
