Oh boy my friend is going to be pissed once he finds out this is H264 and he can't run it. As it stands I can barely run it on the crappy loaner computer I'm using. Hopefully either I get my computer back soon or somebody releases this in XVid or something within the next few days.

The OP is fixed. It was missing a VERY important thing, which is put in on that link there.

Hot blooded anime here we come, I was very impressed with the 3D graphics, very clean. For me this anime wins my default, I'm a OG fan after all. So I'll watch it even if it good bad. Hope not, it would be such a waste.

I wonder if people who aren't fans of OG, will be able to handle reals and supers in the same anime at the same time. Valsione will be sure to freak someone out, like it did me, when I saw it for the first time.

@Poseidal great fix, had a huge smile when I watched that.

I'm somewhat disapointed with the lack of detailed animation for the characters, the mech and fight scenes are really well animated but outside of that the character movement and such feels like an after thought, hope it improves.

I've got SR1-3 practically on PS2 in Japanese. Can't understand a damn thing, but the graphics are a piece of love that only a mecha fan could enjoy(20 years ago Robotech busted my cherry for mecha). First episode was about what I expected. Can't wait to see more!

Awe-freaking-some. I finally found some time for animes (life sucks right now ;_

and I jumped on SRW right away, ignoring all the other animes I've been missing out. My hopes were set high and I was not disappointed. <3

I played OG to death with it's english release and I'm sure I'll play OG2 to death.. then OGS.. but I will be damn sure to still watch this series.

Anyone knows how long this series is going to be? I heard it was originally planned at 40, then shortened to 26, and shortened somemore to 13...

At the rate the anime is going....Bull.

There is no way they can please the old-skool SRW fans, (( Astranagant-someness , Ivis in Ep.3

)), not make the anime seem like a over-speeding trainwreck (( Ep.1 and Ep.2 wasn't rushed, and Ep.3 doesn't look like it will with some Rai backstory ((VANISHING TROOPER!!!

and the Tenzan's official debut )) and tell the entire OG story (( ATX Team in Ryusei's Route, R-Series, the inclusion of Elzam's pops, The Samples shown by Ingram in Episode 2.... Everything points towards a full telling of OG 1 Ryusei + probably some vital ATX story path. ))

There's no way the whole thing can be told in 26 without major overhauls, much less 13. Frankly...40 doesn't seem a lot even.

Hopefully the low quality 2D animations means that OG : DW has more episodes to make up for Ryusei's inconsistent biceps/triceps build.

As for your question, I don't think the episode number is set in place...yet.

Its going to be 26 episodes and due to the title, "The Divine War", going to most likely be only about the First DC War, and a second season about the Aerogater War.

What I hope to see is that Excellen gets her Fanservice scenes. I dont care if its Pantsu, Furo or bounce. Just give us some Excellen Fanservice or she will be sitting with Miyuki from Tekkaman blade in the "abandoned by fanservice's hand" Bin.

Just seen ep3. I have to say, Irm's hair is legendary.

Also, Ibis' swaying Lion is quite funny too!

Episode 3 went from fluctuating biceps to fluctuating facial muscles. Whoever Ryusei's face was outsourced/animated by must really hate him. Though I can't really blame him either. My face would've cracked if they gave me a chance to pilot a giant ass mecha.

Aya's face.....seems inconsistent as well. At least it's not very bad though.

Putting the sub-par animation aside, I'd say Episode 3 was pretty well done within the context of adaption. Ivis. <3

Irm needs no words. Jonathan doesn't really look like Jonathan though.
