So whith what colours would you descripe Tessa's hair colour? What I want is your impression throughout the three tv series, forget all about how novels descriped her and what colour she is "supposed" to have and so on if you read those.
I personally had the impression her hair was light purple ish, but then I'm starting to think my eyes are failing me, so I'd like everyones opinion before I poke them out with a fork

In images it looks grey/silver, but in the anime, since the colours will differ slightly, it looks slightly light purple.

Am I the only one that's going to say Mithril? Which is of course a mythical Silver alloy used in a lot of fantasy works

So yeah, silver/ purple would be my choice, depending on if it's picture or anime.

Worth noting that in the novel, it's "Ash Blonde"

Yeah, and the Ash would indicate that it's an almost pure white blonde, close to silver in colour. Novels tend to be more accurate in their descriptions though, whereas in anime it's common to see more or less any colour under the sun for hair (pink, purple, green, blue etc).. Another example of differences between anime and manga/ novel is CLAMP Gakuen Tanteidan, where Nagisa is described as having blonde hair, but in the anime it's actually purple.

Another example would be how Kaname has black hair in the novels, but is portrayed with blue hair in the anime.

On a side note, her hair color is never mentioned by name in the anime.
On episode 3 of the fumoffu (the beach one), when Sousuke is giving a description of Kaname, he describes her weight, height, nails and hair ribbon, but interestingly enough not her hair color, which should be one of the more obvious things.
