I think it's pretty clear what he means. Spoiling = talking about future events we're SURE will happen because of either a leak or TV guide listings. Talking and speculating about something that is in the actual episode is fine.

Anyway let's get back on topic. The Transam animation was really cool, and they did the lighting and shading really well. Somewhere deep inside, the Unicorn fanboy in me really hopes that it's an animation test they're trying out before they make a full blown Unicorn Gundam anime next week.

I'm rather disappointed that the Trinity got owned so fast and so seemingly easily. Michael got shot and he's down (whatever happened to his batshit craziness?), then Johann gets killed and there's only Nena left. I was expecting some character development or at least background about them before that happened. Maybe Nena will live to drive the character development for her and her siblings, but it's hard to develope a group of characters when 2/3 of them are dead.

At least Tieria gets some nice development, but I still feel slightly disappointed with this episode.

Well, this was a nice episode. Ali's swordplay with the Throne was especially fun to watch.

Things are looking up for the Gundams now that they have Trans-Am, though hopefully next week will make the situation look hopeless again. Things are getting interesting because everything is closing in on CB. Oh, and hope Lockon keeps the eyepatch look. ^_^

Michael's death was kinda for the "lulz", not exactly convincing (animator lazy part and quiz: where did ali shot Michael? no blood or wound whatsoever).

While the shooting was funny, the rest made decent sense. If Nena swiped she'll kill Johann, so no dice. Also, based on where Nena's gundam was, by the time she got to them he'd be dead and Ali would be running to his Enact. So he told her to run, makes sense to me.

This is even more ridiculous when she is the floating duck, while Johann is raped by Ali, having fun instead of really obliterating Johann. Even if Ali is probably more experimented, Johann manoeuvres were mediocre and his actions were not really convincing. Finally, eins being destroyed like that was a bit too quick of a short work.

Her gundam's broken. What do you expect her to do? Bite Ali's legs off?
Ali also had the advantage in terms of specs. A ranged unit that is taken by surprise has little chance against a melee unit... in melee. The trinity are not stand alone units.

As for the rest, I don't have much complain (very logical back up plan from schenberg, amazing performance of Trans-Arm Exia, etc). It is a pity that the "helpless thrones" execution was more ridiculous instead of truely "helpless".
They were a nice "plot device" to stir the action and conflicts, but they were hardly good "villain" or "anti hero".

Lets see, this episode is definitely awesome. 10/10 for me!

I am speechless about how the thrones/Trinity went down, especially Michael..lol I would have thought Johan can put up a better fight, for his brother's sake, but i guess Ali is just far too superior. Still though, his last speech was very nice, kinda makes me feel sad he died.

As for Saji, he sure is becoming a true man. Cursing the gundams through a T.V., that'd teach them a lesson! But i guess its too early for him to actually do anything, maybe season 2.

And finally, Exia Trans-Am, i really don’t have much to say about it. Pure win! Simple as that

As for the next episode, I can't wait to see more of Ali/Zwei vs Setsuna/Trans-Am Exia!!

Also... Johann was shot in the shoulder. So a bit of a handicap there as well.

I like how they set it up so nothing happened as predicted. Alejandro and Ribbons gettin owned by Aeolia's haxor skillz. GN Arms played a lil part in it and didn't even dock with Exia. Also, from preview images, it's Lockon that dons the blue Exia styled GN Arms rather than Exia!

It's also funny to note once again we the viewers are tricked by Setsuna's "Seed Mode" ... looks like he was almost about to activate or did activate it... until we realized it was all Aeolia's doing.

Apparently he realized his plans for CB have been hijacked and his real body has been killed. His master computer releases the final door for those who seem to be true enforcers of his legacy.

Exia.. BANKAI!!! I mean.. Trans Am!

Some points about Ali versus the Thrones.

Ali shot Michael through the heart. Quick and simple, and it doesn't necessitate a bloodbath.

Ali shot Jahon in the shoulder. That's right, Johan had been fighting Ali, arguably the best pilot in the entire series, with a broken shoulder, in a ranged-suit against a melee specialist.

Neena's gundam was broken, and couldn't do much anyway. Once Ali got out of the Enact, he was too close to the other Trinities to fire. Once Ali told Jahan to go into his Gundam to finish the fight, Ali went straight to the Zwei, which no one thought he could use due to the biometric security.

Point taken: i completely skipped the fact Johann had its shoulder in a poor shape. I guess the complete absence of sign for that was the problem. (the shoulderpad is completely intact. Until Ali has a very special gun, it is quite weird).

As for Neena's gundam: doesn't she have any sub weaponry? Even if it looks reckless (but heh, she is, not as much as michael of course), I wouldn't be surprised to see her charging Ali with her gundam.

That said, those points are indeed better to understand their bitter defeat, though the execution itself (not necessarely the consistency of it) was a bit poor.

Exia even has the 7 swords, they should totally do another Trans-am Omnislash whenever Setsuna inevitably gets to kill Ali, shoving each of the swords into the cockpit one by one.

She had a beam saber... pretty sure that got cut off by Soma. I don't think her gundam had any weaponry left other than a pistol.

Pretty much, and we saw what happened when she was in range to fire it. Ali bulldozed her without flinching.
