The ever increasing art quality kind of scares me. Now I'm worried not that the web shorts will eventually transform into the second season, but that the web shorts will end and Kadokawa asks: Did you enjoyed your second season?

Probably will be released when the series is over.

I don't like the op's song that much, but i think that the one from the ed is quite nice.

Episode 19 was way too cool for this series. At least the initial thoughts of this series being a spoof made up of semi-well done CG and "low quality"cell animation for 5 minute of less shorts.

What was there was just way too cool to fit that discription. With a "concrete" image of Haruhi's power..."anime quality" Tsuruya and Yuki plus effects were just too good to fit in the "low budget" catagory. How do you make a spoof cooler than the original? Go over the top from time to time? It still isn't cooler than the original, but it comes really close from time to time.

Episode 20 was a bit silly to me.

Nyoro~n seemed normal aside from the Windows part being extra silly.

Would it be a long shot to say that the DVD would include the eng subs that were posted alongside the non-subbed versions on the youtube channel the vids were released on?

Not really. It's a reasonable method to ensure they have the 40mins of stuff inside.
