After reading the previous page, I'm encouraged that many on this thread believe that this anime does deserve a second season. I agree. However, I am discouraged that this all depends on how sales go in Japan, which I am no entirely sure of. Has their been any news of a confirmed second season?

It was one of the worst selling anime of that season averaging less than 2k Blu-ray/DVD sales per volume, 5-6k sales is the region where sequels are likely so chances are slim at best for this anime.

I've seen all 3 idk about number 4 yet still this needs a s2 despite itself because the action has yet to come

So, I just finished watching this show. It was really nice and seemed to stop just right before the fun starts (whatever comes next in Alayzard). It definitely needs a second season, which seems unlikely according to this thread

I have two question, one regarding a translation and the other is for LN readers.

1. At the end, before they dimensional shift, Akatuski says "It's almost like me bringing you to this world was part of someone's plan." (funimation sub). But I don't really see how this statement fit to the stuff before "found too fast" and after "trouble's brewing over there". So is this translation correct?

2. Hikami seems to think that Miu is one of those beings COCOON is searching for.
Is this the case? Or is there later an explanation why Miu's magic, that she was not confident to pull off, was able to hurt the higher life form?

it got a dubbed which is rather interesting so perhaps a second season is coming and the dub is rather funny

Hey guys been a while.

So I guess you have all heard that Funimation is releasing the Blurays for Hagure Yuusha no Estetica in the west on December 17th.
The question is if sales go well here (because lets face it they were pretty poor in Japan despite being a good anime) will they consider making a second season? or is it too far gone now?

I mean there hasn't been a manga update in nearly a year and I heard the artist for the light novel had started another work. Anyways I know I will be getting my copy soon as it's available here as it does deserve my money :3
