1. Opening
All the performers are shown to the drum beat of the OP, but they don't get to say anything, or are introduced by name yet.
Commentary: The girls find
Minami Tsuda cool-looking (I agree),
Ayana cute, and like the
Himawari/Sakurako rival pose.
"Nanamorichu Recital hajimaru yo!"
2. Yuriyurararara YuruYuri Daijiken (Shiori Mikami, Minami Tsuda, Yuka Ootsubo, Rumi Ookubo)
Off to a great start. While the solo dancing might look awkward sometimes, group performances are a good way to hide those parts. The stage is fairly small, and without any kind of screen behind them. Apparently, according to Wikipedia, the place takes about 1700 people. We get the first "Akkari~n!" (of many).
Commentary: Okay, I suspect this might be a reason for commentaries on live performances being a bit rare: from time to time the girls can't help but to sing along with the song instead of talking
3. Yuru Yuri I Love You (Shiori Mikami, Minami Tsuda, Yuka Ootsubo, Rumi Ookubo)
After the song they introduce themselves, talk to the crowd, and are a bit surprised to learn that there are a handful of female fans in the crowd (like, maybe five or so).
4. Kirai Janai Mon (Emiri Kato)
The individual performances start with a pre-recorded line from the respective seiyuu while the lights are out.
She's a good singer, but mostly stands on the same spot the whole time.
Commentary: More singing going on
Fun to hear them being impressed with the fans ("Wow, they know the lyrics to this part!", "They're all waving the glowsticks the same way!", etc.) They mention that HimaSaku is apparently the most popular pairing among fans.
5. Day by day (Suzuko Mimori)
Those pigtails! I haven't seen her perform anything outside of a minute or two of Milky Holmes group songs, but I'm impressed by her stage presence here. Some of the dance moves throughout the show comes across as going through the motions (don't know if the less experienced seiyuu are to blame, or the choreographers for not picking some more fitting moves), but she's among the great-looking ones.
Wow, looking at the pigtails made me notice a lot of minor editing going on here. When she spins around, one of the pigtails tends to end up behind her shoulder, but there are several times where it moves to the front again in close-ups. I guess it's taken from an earlier dress rehearsal. A bit weird, since it overall still mostly consists of live footage with the crowd visible. But maybe the small stage doesn't allow for good close-ups without the cameraman being in the crowd's way.
Commentary: They like her as much as I do
6. Drama (1st year students)
Emiri and Suzuko argue whether there are more Sakurako or Himawari fans in attendance. They perform the scene from episode 5, where
Sakurako tells Himawari that she thinks Akari is great, followed by
the dream fight sequence between Akari and Chinatsu. Shiori Mikami is great, jumping around happily when Akarin's being praised, even though her character's not in the scene yet at that point.
7. Marugoto! (Rumi Ookubo)
She's among the better performers. But now I can't unsee suspicious non-live shots edited in...
8. Majokko Mirakurun (Ayana Taketatsu)
Gets a relatively long instrumental intro, and proceeds to
show off some quite impressive baton skills with her wand. However, unlike the others, there's clearly some playback going on here. As in, she
does sing live, but there's also a recorded voice track going on at the same time. As long as she sings the same thing it's not noticeable, but there are a couple of time where she misses the first fraction of a second, or sings slightly out of tune with the recording.
While some of the others also have minor pre-recorded parts in their songs, where they simply wouldn't have time to be able to sing them (such as the "1!", "2!", etc in the verses of Ayano's song), I don't know why she's the only one who has it throughout the whole song.
The Mirakurun costume sure looks great! But no Rivalun
Commentary: They think she looks really cute, and are impressed with the Zettai Ryouiki
And they also miss Rivalun and Ganbo.
9. Koi no Bakking Buckingham (Saki Fujita)
Uses a microphone stand, and does pretty much all the dance moves
with her arms and hands, without moving her feet.
Commentary: For some reason they're
really impressed with her. Sure, it's not bad at all, but I don't really see why it would stand out so much from the others... Minami mentions that it's a difficult song (having done the karaoke album).
10. Anata no Shiawase, Uchi no Shiawase (Aki Toyosaki)
It's not really fair to compare the others performances to Aki Toyosaki, cause she's simply on whole another level when it come to live performance experience and
stage presence. But here's what I don't get: The hair- and make-up people does a great job giving everyone a hairstyle looking as close to their respective character as you can get without involving wigs or haircuts (Shiori's long hair looks technically more like loli!Akari than the present version), and the school uniforms look amazing.
So why couldn't anyone simply give her a pair of glasses?!
Commentary: They're impressed with her getting all the rambling lyrics right. While the main girls have worn the school uniforms before, they mention that this is the first time for the student council seiyuu.
11. Drama (2nd year students)
Performance of the scene from episode 2, when Kyouko steps on Chitose's glasses. At first, I was looking forward to see Saki Fujita do some adorable live tsundereness. That wasn't very smart of me, because I really should've seen Aki Toyosaki's showstealing nosebleeds coming. ("
HEGOBOHO!", and
pantomiming the blood flow)
12. Goyururi World (Minami Tsuda)
Damn, she looks smexy
hanging on the mic stand And that's not just because I've had a crush on her since the OP PV premiered
Although she stops using the stand for the second half. And she thanks the crowd for singing along
Another natural-looking performance.
Commentary: "Nyanyanyanya!" Also, they agree with me on Minami's hotness.
13. Miracle Yuru Kuru 1.2.3 (Yuka Ootsubo)
She's the only one who doesn't get the recorded intro. Instead she simply runs out on stage when Yui's song ends. More of a going-through-the-motions performance, but she sure is happy being on stage. Also for this song only
she wears a red bow.
14. Mirakurun (Ayana Taketatsu)
Hey, why does she get two solo songs?
Too bad that Rivalun didn't get a single so that Aoi Yuuki could be there.
She skips the baton-wand this time.
Commentary: Maybe she should invest in some bodyguards, because I'm starting to wonder if the girls are planning to grab Ayana and take her home with them...
Afterwards everyone else join her on stage. They play with the crowd, with each of them saying one line and
having the crowd finish it.
Commentary: The girls join the crowd side, responding to what the girls are saying on stage, including themselves
Shiori on stage: "The two odangos of..."
Girls on commentary: "Akkari~n!"
Shiori on stage: "The protagonist of Yuru Yuri is..."
Girls on commentary: "Akkari~n!"
Yuka on commentary: "Akka- Kyoko! Kyoko!"
Shiori on stage: "One more time!"
Yuka on commentary: "Kyokori~n!"
15. Watashi, Shuyaku no Akaza Akari desu (Shiori Mikami)
There's someone left? Oh well. Quite a fun,
cute performance.
16. Precious Friends (Shiori Mikami, Minami Tsuda, Yuka Ootsubo, Rumi Ookubo)
And we get some
cute hand-holding.
17. My Pace de Ikimashou (Shiori Mikami, Minami Tsuda, Yuka Ootsubo, Rumi Ookubo)
Lots of fun here
18. Yuriyurararara YuruYuri Daijiken (encore) (Shiori Mikami, Minami Tsuda, Yuka Ootsubo, Rumi Ookubo, Emiri Kato, Suzuko Mimori, Saki Fujita, Aki Toyosaki)
Instead of "en-co-re", the crowd chants "Akkari~n!" (they refer to it as an "Akkarincore" on commentary)
The amusement club
sings the first verse and chorus, before
being replaced by the student council who
sing the second. They throw out huge balloons filled with smaller balloons in the crowd, and
one of them pops right in front of the stage.
Commentary: Towards the end, most of the talk is about how much fun they had.
Thank you's
Ayana returns after the song is over. I guess she didn't fit in with the four main characters + four student council members setup. I'm pretty sure that there was a cut at the very end of Ayana's comments. Don't know what that was about.
The student council seiyuu get through their speeches without any trouble, while the others starts to cry. By which I mean less "gets somewhat teary-eyed" and more "
uncontrollable bawling". Shiori is the only one who brought a towel, so that
gets passed around, until they come up with
a solution.
Commentary: Yup, they're still smitten with Ayana.

Extras 1:
During the rehearsals one week earlier, the four main seiyuu give their thoughts about the show. The introduction lines for each song
are recorded. There's
Aki Toyosaki in baggy pants, and
two birthdays in the cast within a week.
Extras 2:
Backstage footage from the day of the show. Rehearsals on stage, and footage from
right before,
during and
after the show. Also
stage POV of the giant balloon pop. Note the
positions relative to Saki "like a boss" Fujita in blue
Extras 3:
1st years alternate drama performances, two and two. First
Himawari & Sakurako's cookie-giving scene from episode 2, then... well, gee,
what fitting Chinatsu + Akari solo scene is there..? Although it surprised me that so many in the crowd immediately figured out what scene it was after Chinatsu's very first line.
Extras 4:
2nd years alternate drama. The best part (and possibly funniest of the whole show) comes before the actual performance. Aki Toyosaki introduces herself as playing Chitose, and when it's Saki Fujita's turn, she proceeds to say "TOSHINO KYOUK-" before realizing that
"Wait, that's not my character's name"...
They do Yui & Akano's Christmas date on the bench from episode 7. When it ends and the lights go out, Yuka notes that apart from a "Hey, Yui!", Kyouko didn't really have any lines in that scene.
