Here is an pilot ranking list by skill: (made by me)

Top 10 male leads (piloting skills)
1) Amuro Rei
2) Usso Evin
3) Char Aznable
4) Camille Bidan
5) Judou Ashta
6) Hiiro Yuy (Zero System)
6) Kira Yamato (SEED mode)
7) Athrun Zala (SEED mode)
8) Jamil Neate
9) Garrod Ran
10) Kou Uraki

Hiiro, Kira and Athrun would have been out of the list if not for the conditions stated. But since Kira can activate SEED anytime he wants in GSD, it doesn't really matter.

Athrun does pretty well without goin seed mode in destiny, his head and shoulders above kira when it comes to piloting skills without exploiting seed mode. Even with seed mode activated i think athrun is head and shoulders above kira.

if u rate heero yui as 6th with the zero system, wouldnt zechs marquis be right there with heero since zechs also mastered the zero system and is evenly matched with heero in terms of piloting skills?

Kou? Wouldn't people like Seabook, Haman etc. be higher on the list then him? Anyway Kira should be number one...he's like a God, nobody can touch him

I find it interesting with Kou in there. It's understandable too, he didn't really use any super gundam, and he doesn't have anything special other than being a good pilot, nice...I think he's one of the very few who are normal pilots using a normal gundam with good skill.

Ahh yes I made a mistake we're talking about pilot skills and I was thinking of Kira in Strike Freedom

While in fact I should be thinking of Kira in a Zaku II for example.

Anyway creating pilot lists is kind of hard to do, especially determing skill in relation with age

I dont even think shinn can beat yzark, both fight the same impulsive style but the only problem with yzark is that he doesnt have seed mode

All Kira can do is beam spam. Take away those pretty guns and Zechs/Heero will jam a beam saber through him anyday(since both of them are very proficient in beam saber combat).

Now, I havn't seen the UC series(whats a plural for series?) yet, but judging from what I've read, Char and Amuro should be at the top of the list.

Heero and Zechs should be above Kira, because they can do alot of damage with a Leo(read: peice of paper). Kira wouldn't last five minutes in a Leo, he needs his beam spams and DRAGOONs.
