Seems to me I had the idea of the Blood Blood fruit first in a different thread, and my version of it is Logia. My version was to be used by a villain in a reinactment of the 6th One Piece movie. Your Paramecia version isn't a bad idea however and could prove real useful in a way.

Has there ever been a case where two characters had the same fruit power? I haven't come across any two. Not necessarily at the same time, but like, let's say somewhere along the line another Mera Mera user, for example, was find other than Ace. Have there been any characters like that?

I think it has been mentioned before, but I'd love whatever DF ability that controls all "plants". That would almost be invincible.
Some plants have healing characteristics: heal faster, stronger against poison and even mind control and stuff like that. Some also have poisonous characteristics: excellent offensive weapon. Or just make everybody high: disorientated! Wrap enemies in Marine plants to disable their DF/Logia abilities! Controlling marine plants can also prevent you from falling into the sea by having them grow to the surface to catch you. Plants absorb light, so Kizaru's attacks are less effective. Plants can grow in the desert, making Croc's attacks less effective (okay, a bit of a stretch, but still). Plants don't have pain, so immune to pain. Some plants live a long time (without water or food or whatever): longevity. Controlling plants might control some animals as well, since they live on (the fruits of) plants, they can be controlled that way. A DF user that can control plants is practically invincible, I think! |

I'm going to say invisibility, or, if it's out there in the One Piece world, the ability to control people's mind. The reason why I want mind control is so I can go up to my boss and demand a raise and a month of vacation time with pay. Lol.

Blood Blood fruit.
type: Paramecia/Logia Abilities: Able to make blood/leech blood from your enemies. Lets say you get a giant wound, you can create blood and put it into your body so you can never die of blood loss. If you touch your enemy you can leech blood from their body, and if you open a wound on them you can leech the blood without touching them. You would be able to pump blood through your body kind of like Luffies gear second, so it would increase your physical abilities. |

I wouldn't say it's a power that I'd want, but I have a pretty original idea for one.
A Logia type fruit called the "Oil Oil" fruit". It basiclly allows the user to turn their body into and BECOME oil. Strengths include the usual Logia strengths along with the ability to fuel combustion engines for an infinite amount of time, and naturally any user contact with a flame will set their oil on fire. Weaknesses include the standard weakness to water/seastone along with a very lethal polluting affect to surrounding areas, if in one area long enough, the user will cause the place to become inhospitable. Usually made a target of enviromental-extremist groups because of this. |
