How soldiers deal with the job of killing
Good article. No matter how tough of a soldier you are, taking another person life in battle is not that simple and is not something you can easily forget.

Hayak is the one we need to be learning about. "You must save to invest." Amazing that we forget something so obvious.

My idea of Economics is that for each event, there is a different approach to it. Most important is to find the core cause. Dangers are bound to be inherent when manipulating the economy...as much as leaving it alone too.

A soldier flees the killing
What? He and his colleagues refuse to kill his fellow Syrians, and are shot dead? He has my respect for running away - at least he will be living as a witness to the crimes against human rights.

Syria's army seizes back restive town after mutiny
http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories...06-12-20-04-38 I wouldn't have much hope for Syria, Libya might have some but the deathroll will be enormous and for the Yemen the big factor will be if the presiden can came back from Saudi Arabia.

look who's the bully now Some gay-rights foes claim they now are bullied NEW YORK (AP) — As the gay-rights movement advances, there's increasing evidence of an intriguing role reversal: Today, it's the conservative opponents of that movement who seem eager to depict themselves as victims of intolerance. To them, the gay-rights lobby has morphed into a relentless bully — pressuring companies and law firms into policy reversals, making it taboo in some circumstances to express opposition to same-sex marriage. "They're advocating for a lot of changes in the name of tolerance," said Jim Campbell, an attorney with the conservative Alliance Defense Fund. "Yet ironically the tolerance is not returned, for people of faith who don't agree with their agenda." ....... http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/...8316bc1a7e0d4d |
