Rin finally realizes she has feelings or is in love with Haruto.
This will be difficult for her now if she tries to go after or even tell Haruto how she feels. For one thing he is already in a relationship with Yuzuki and a few other things, but on top of that she has been teasing him for so long I doubt he will take a confession from seriously. Without think she is just screwing with him or teasing.

I have read a few Mangas and LNs when teasing character falls in love with the MC and try to get in a relationship with the MC, tell them how they feel they, or notice their feelings for them MC interprets what they are saying or actions as just them screwing with him or teasing. The end result they and their get feelings hurt.
Dont get me wrong I love teasing characters( Like Rin), but they do sometimes take it to far.

It's always the secondary character though, so that they can have someone to compare to for the main chick. There's almost always some dumb hot female with amazing proportions and an assertive attitude that's put there just to give the main gal the opportunity to do the same at some point.

It sucks because I almost always cheer for that girl lol

knowing Seo...he always try to find something from basically nothing when he is out of any ideas...and as soon as he finds something else he will just stop whatever he is doing and goes for the new idea...so I doubt Rin will be able to do anything.

I mean, how many time when we think something big is gonna happen and Seo just disappoints us again...(Akari's kiss (x2) for an example)

Ugh, more incredibly contrived drama. Despite Rin, this was a poor chapter. Hopefully this weak development is dealt with immediately rather than being unnecessarily drawn-out. I'm not holding my breath though.

It might be a difference in culture, but Western literature seems to have more of such characters. The titular character in Jane Austen's Emma comes to mind. The closest anime main heroine I can think of that eventually wins is Kokoro Connect's

Might as well skip to the end since everyone's all buddy-buddy again even after learning about the two doing the powwow. Yandere Nanami would have made that card game (and the chapter itself) so much better.

At least tanned Hoshina comes through and makes up for that stupid Rin drama from last time. Come on Rin, you rocked an "I ❤ Mexico" t-shirt once, you got options. Use them.
