Not exactly "now". He said that (let Erina do as she pleases) in the same chapter he tried to separate Erina & Hisako. My take is that he would prefer to keep Erina isolated, but he wouldn't bother going out of his way to do that yet - not until he need her in his plan (probably in a later stage). For now, he probably doesn't care that much since he thinks he could get her back as his tool anytime he want to and he is busy with establishing his hold.

To be fair, there wasn't any mention or hint about Azami being in support to match fixing. It was mainly Eizan's idea in order to destroy Souma's confidence. For all we know, he might have been indifference about it (kind of "Oh, match fixing now? Well, not affecting my plan, I don't GAF <later> Oh, he lost? Ok, let's make use of that, after all it's unlikely there are many people could win against serious E10 members anyway").

Souma identity revelation to Erina should be happen in second year IMO
but again we just readers who only can perceive and make judgment, this is author decision on his hand.

I'm thinking that Erina heard what Souma said to Azami at the end, but I'll wait until next chapter for confirmation. She might not actually believe it yet even if she did hear, though.

@Noobita: Nice Bleach comparison there. And I agree, too. If this were Bleach, they indeed would be able to withstand his reiatsu.

@Roxis: I agree, but you also have to note that PSY didn't really mean to say it'd only happen in their second year. He's just saying that, based on Erina's position, as in where she is standing in relation to where Souma and Azami are, there's every chance that she didn't hear what Souma said.

Don't think the mangaka is the type to troll. Whenever there has been a pivotal moment he sticks with it. Erina definitely heard what Soma said otherwise he wouldn't have even bothered to have her in the scene. If it was going to go in another direction and just have Azami know that Soma is Jouichiro's son he'd leave her out of the entire page.

If this is Bleach, Soma and Isshiki are the only 2 person who can stand/tank Azami's reiatsu crush with ease. It is nice to be strong.
