Sex with 10 year olds? That shouldn't even be thought about. Not saying that anyone is thinking that, but that's disgusting. ANd I don't like where this OVA is headed, if the third OVA has as much fanservice as this. And to be honest, in my opinion they were better off letting Higurashi finish off with Rei, rather than see this.

Surprisingly (or not), series which belong to ranks 4471-4500 mostly consist of hentai series.

Kaitou Tenshi Twin Angel, another current-season OVA series, is rated 6.17, and is ranked 4471, as a comparison.

People do think about that. A lot of people, especially in the anime fandom. That's a big part of the reason loli fanservice exists to begin with. But that's a whole other discussion.

I didn't think Deen could do it, but they did it. They outdid themselves when it comes to bad animation and off model character designs. They truly are masters of their craft.

Props to Deen for this vigorous act of eyeball rape.
