Baba may have hurt her friends but Misaki made them think that they were never friends in the first place.

Not really, her stockings doesn't show anything, Zettai Ryouiki requires a certain area of the skin between the skirt and the socks (let's say ... look at Lessar's outfit, it's a good example of grade A, barely showing the thighs but showing them nonetheless) ... and Frenda doesn't show any. What Misaki did is a bit on the bitch side, but not at the levels other have done graphic can stir some emotions yes but I feel a novel express desperation better. You can feel it a bit more here because the narration is from Misaka point of view while most of Index is from a narrator point of view.

I only noticed that she was talking to herself (and Touma) about how is Mikoto really inside..

Oh my bad.. thought it was from Index LN because when anyone mentions "volume" they usually reffer to it.

But isn't it just the part with small Shirai and bank robbery?
Or had the "volume" (tankobon) extra pages that weren't in the monthly chapters?

Rather than extra pages, it was more like an omake type thing in the tankobon.

Two pages with about 8 post-it notes, 4 to a page, detailing Kuroko's first impression of Misaka, her second impression, and when she realized her feelings were love.

I'm not that good at translating, but since you linked it, I thought I'd give it a shot. On the 4th note, I'm not really sure what the hell the second sentence about her flowers was suppose to mean so... I also have no idea what the first kanji is in that last sentence (and it looks too blurry for me to look up) which is why there are open brackets.
