Kakine's network basically can fix itself.
You know Aleister's typical way of controlling sisters? One virus in and the whole net work gets contaminated? That'll never work with Kakine.
As all units of Dark Matter is independently important. It can have a master unit, but it is unimportant to the whole system.
Even certain units get contaminated, it can be fixed by the uncontaminated ones when they regroup.
In other words, you have a consciousness that can divide itself indefinitely. And as long there is one fragment that functions normally, it can fix the system even the rest of them is contaminated.

The only danger to the system is the malice inside Kakine will be concentrated into a specific fragment, which might turn it into a different being than rest of the system.

Something I'm not sure was in the spoilers:

Fremea lives in a dorm by herself in District 13 (kindergartens and primary schools). She does have protection:

1. Saiai and Shiage rented a room in a mansion (apartment) where they can regularly check on Fremea through the window.
2. Beetle 05 is her bodyguard within the room, apparently.

From index 1 to NT6 is concerned. out of 20 saints how many were revealed(cause the only ones i remember were kanzaki, acqua of the back and the one misaka fought in NT6)?
