Can anyone think of an anime that falls into all three of those categories in that order. Meaning the show is mostly a romance, all the other times its a comedy with a little drama.

Two good examples of this would be Da Capo or Toradora.

His and Her Circumstances

In Itazura no kiss Aihara Kotoko is head over heel in love with Irie Naoki. Soon after Irie rejects Kotoko's love both find out that their parents are best friends and both of them have to live under the same roof due to sudden collapse of Aihara house. Itazura no kiss has above average romance, mediocre comedy and drama.
