Da Capo: D.C. I & II P.S.P. OVA

Just did a search and couldn't find a thread.

A 22 minute OVA released today, which animates the ending scenes for Nemu, Kotori, Otome and Yume. A seriously must watch for any fan of the Da Capo franchise, because there's a segment for everyone here.

My favorite one has to be Otome's, just for the huge dawwwwww level. Yume's was pretty adorable, though that's all thanks to her character.

Question for those who have played the game, are the pieces used for this OVA from them?

Yes, the whole purpose of this OVA (more like a bonus feature) is to animate the confession scenes from the game. It was released as a bonus with the Plantium Pack Edition of the recently-released PSP game (only 5000 copies made). In all cases it's not the "ending scene", but the anime frames each scene that way. If you think of it as a standalone OVA, it's probably a bit odd, but it's certainly a nice little bonus feature for the game, anyway.

It's nice for people like me who haven't had the chance to play the source material, though instead know the franchise because of the adaptations. We get to see such scenes animated, which really show the beauty of what we're missing out.
