This song is in episodes 13, 18, and some others in Gundam Seed. (NOT DESTINY)

In episode 13: During the decent of the Archangel. The song starts to play after Admiral Alberten(spelling?) says, "I refuse to allow ZAFT to destroy that ship, not after all this." This is around point 19 minutes and 18 seconds into the episode.

In episode 18: During the fight with Commander Waltfeld. The song starts to play after Kira enters SEED mode. This is around point 20 minutes into the episode.

If anyone can figure this out, it would be greatly appreciated. And if not, thank you for trying.

The same song is played in episode 3 when Hei and Mai are in the alley running from the 2 guys(Before she gets to the construction site).
It is played various other times in the anime... and its not in the OST!!
If it is, it must be part of another song...OH GOSH SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME!
