Disney learned a lot faster than Netflix. A shame they didn't get it right the first time, it could have given Summertime Rendering the attention it deserved.

decent start. It kind of fits into the current road trip show fever, i.e the mandalorian or the last of us.

Production values was *cheff's kiss* perfect, Production I.G. at their best, I do think the pacing was on the fast side but I'll let the anime only be the judge of that. (you always set up your own pacing when reading manga, a luxury anime doesn't have)

Looking forward to reading the crazy theories you guys will come up with.

I don't know what to make of this first episode in the sense I have no idea where it's going. Definitely picked my curiosity though.

Interesting first episode. The animation was a bit strange in some places (is it some sort of 3D?), otherwise a pretty decent start. Probably a follow.

Reminds me of Shinsekai Yori somewhat. Not sure I'll stick with it but at least Disney/Hulu figured out their simulcasting.
