Anyone here still play Phantasy Star Universe?

I know there were some people who played it here but sorta gave up after awhile. 1 year + 1 month later, the game has changed a fair bit and mostly for the improvement.

Much more content, new classes, more weapons, new areas, new missions... many things to look forward to for those who left part way. However there were some issues with the game that could've been improved like the combat system, the shop search, travelling around the planet etc.

In AOI, many of these "issues" are addressed.

UGH NO! I want to. When I was playing PSO like we where all couldn't wait for it to come out. So like, they all went over to it. I, of couse, never got a friggin 360 so I couldn't...All my friend played (Don't know if they still do..haven't talked to them due to the fact I can't get on..-_-) I still wana play it though. One day I will, though when I do, noone will probably play cause they'll be on a new Phantasy Star game...

Although if you want to play the offline you can't use 360. The 360 has no offline mode.

I would, but I have friends on the 360 and what not. Besides, I would never end up playing it because I'm addicted to World of Warcraft xD

Ahh thats a shame.. well if anyone wants to try a different ORPG... PSU is the way to go right now.

It's been out for about a year or so hasn't it? My friend told me that it kinda took a downfall......I dunno...Has it?

People have been quitting and rejoining PSU since its start. XD I think the main flaw is really the PS2. They should've made it HD-required since it shot them in the foot and prevents them from releasing any really big 'patches' or anything.

I haven't been prowling the PSU fourms as much but last I checked I don't think people were leaving in droves...

Phantasy Star Zero (PS0) announced for the NDS, kotaku link (with scans)
It will have multi-player via Nintendo Wi-Fi. It looks like it is based on PSO kind of style, so not turn-based.

Wow, it has to be the best looking DS game yet. Its even making me think that Monster Hunter DS is possible lol.

I've only played Phantasy Star Portable and is hooked, looking really forward to Phantasy Star Zero.

EDIT: And LOL @ the communication method, stylus freestyle!

I have played almost every Phantasy Star game and this looks very promising..

Its like a mix of Phantasy Star Online with Phantasy Star Universe.

That would be Ni no Kuni, by Level 5, with Ghibli art characters/designs.

Or Dragon Quest IX.

PS0 is not quite at those levels graphically.
