Dxon - What Thingle said is true. The background is nice, but the texture is sorta hard to see, unless you wanted it subtle like that. Looks like you just used a few brushes(sorta looks like one of the brushes I got off of Deviantart ^_^), and added a 75%ish opacity light blue outer glow to it. I guess adding a PNG image about half way through your image, you can add it some more flava
