Not your fault anime has gone to hell. ;-_-

Used to be that there was more than enough violent anime out there, not it's all drama, kiddie, and bitchy crap.

Too many pacifists, too many children. Gah.

Its from the exellent and sadly (for now) liscence "Ikkitousen".

Oh I forgot "Hanada Shounen Shi" and "Tenshi Na Konomaiki" as for the "regular" prescription

true, try full metal alchemist, there are some cliched parts to the anime, but generally i've found it entertaining and definitely unpredictable. Oh well, thats just me, maybe i've not seen enough anime to see through stories

Not knowing what type of anime u like, but I'd recommend:

- Serial Experiment Lain
- RahXephone

All of which I'd ranks in the same breadth as Cowboy Beboy.

I get that feeling from time to time about anime and games. It usually turns out that I was just watching or playing crap. Then a game or a show comes along and reaffirms my dedication to my beloved hobbies. Maybe you are just bored of what's out.

*highfive* Some of the ones out last year or the year before were really good. I liked Scrapped Princess, Stellvia of the Universe and Witch HUnter Robin immensely.. a little off topic, but I heard Stellvia was going to come out with a second season..wondering if its true ^_^.

Yeah it's been quite boring. It's been waaayy too many kiddy stuff lately. The only one I'm watching right now is FMA.
Where's the stuff like Evangelion, Initial D, Trigun, Lain etc. The _good_ ones.

I downloaded some random stuff last week that showed up on animesuki.
Like Early Reins, Hunter X Hunter, Akazukin Chacha, Moekan, Smash Hit, Monkey Turn.
Well they
Spoiler:

I download more non-anime movies lately. I guess the cool ones have already been licensed.

Judging from your previous post, it doesn't seem like those two animes would be down your alley. Still, while I love pessimistic and dark anime too, I think sometimes a happy, cute anime comedy can also be great and uplifting. Do you always need violence and blood in a good anime?

I find Bobobo funnier than Digi Charet, but if you don't like that wild slapstick style, won't try to convince you further.

Me getting bored with anime? Never!

But I have to say when you watch alot of series. You will see lots of similarities between the series even the caracters begin to look alike.

And there still are some good anime series with violence in them, but that is my opinion.

Like Peace Maker Kurogane & Hellsing (licensed).

Bored of Anime?

I got bored of watching Love Hina for th e 56th time if that's what you mean.
But there's enough Anime going around to see.

Getting bored by it's context? nope, that wouldn't happen.
