I hope that Ookubo Atsushi makes another soul eater manga but it shows them when there older soul eater not looks ok but I really like the main soul eater cast more

Man I think black star is really the strongest among the three, even in with maka as a deathscythe and kid as a shinigami he can still keep up with them

I've had a bit of a theory for a while that part of the over all plan was to make new but more human replacements for the 8 old ones that are able to balance the madnesses the embody Kidd being Order, Black Star being Power, Chrona being fear, ect, With Maka being a 9th in the form of Balance. I do wonder what the other 3 madnesses the Kishin ate were make guessing a bit easier.

Interesting thing is that if that was the case then both Medusa and Death won as the old order of the world would have been destroyed but in doing so it would make the corrections that Death had been trying to make.

actually Soul = death-scythe not Maka
(same as Spirit = death-scythe not his ex-wife)

Seriously though, it was a nice ending. Marie's pregnancy was kinda of out left field, but everything went more or less how should. Soul being the last Deathscythe makes a lot of sense if Kid wants improve relations between humans and witches to start. It's also pretty fitting that Arachne's soul would be the final one to end the ritual considering she created it. I guess this also means that Medusa really did die though huh.

Only thing that bugs me is that even now we never learn anything about Maka's mother which is a bummer.

What if there is a new witch who is committing crimes on the level of Arachne and Medusa (and the third sister whose name I will never remember)?

Outright toppling the Kishin in a power fight just wasn't going to happen. But sealing him away, a pretty reasonable decision all things considered. Lot of damn work to seal him away again, but maybe the only reasonable choice open to them. Certainly fitting that Chrona pays the price for the acts committed to this point and carries the heavy burden here. Manipulated for a long time, but at some point can't just absolve Chrona of all responsibility. Of course less positive that Spirit and others on the moon got caught up. Talk about the old guard all going out in a hurry. Shinigami is already gone and now others may be lost as well. Did think that was a pretty awesome charge from Black Star in order to help open an escape route for Maka and Soul. That guy just doesn't let anything phase him. Going to be a total mess when all is said and done. Next chapter is going to be crazy. How on earth is all this going to get wrapped up? __________________ Anime-Evo
