A sniper rifle with anti-materiel ammo is dangerous enough. It has the power of a fireball, shooting from at least 500 m away, can range to max 2km.

It was wrote S magician and above have monstrous power, that probably means they can use magic shield of incredible durability, if Lute become enemy of one I could see him shooting a big rocket from a few miles away.

it's explained in the early chapters that other magicians can't create the powder for him (neither snow nor the teacher were able) because they don't have the exact mental image of what they are creating... and that is no simple visual image but also the image of the reaction that it will generate... they probably need to understand the whoule mechanic behind the thing they are going to create

I don't know if later on the one that have the ability to recreate AK with 99% accuracy is also able to recreate the powder... but as hinted she is quite the exception... any other mage wouldn't be able to do it... and that is also the reason why the dragon girl weren't able to recreate the weapon nor the ammo and was so much frustrated about it

You are right, he should teach a superior mage the way it works from the basics and I doubt he would after being betrayed once.

also a higher rank magician doesn't mean more power..... unless the WN > LN content was changed from too much magic makes it weaker.

- need a clear image
- can't use too little magic or too much magic.....

well unless nukes were common in whatever he read/watched before he died...... don't think he would even have the necessary image and knowledge to make even 1.

and if he could.... how would he move it, transport, drop, get the hell out of there.

so everything he could make would be limited to stuff a person can carry. (vehicles and such would also be an out unless the engines and everything are also covered in your military enthusiast stuff)

When does he meet her? When we learn of her existence and Lute goes to the city she is already sold to slavery. So the only time he could meet her is after the slavery
