compared to some IRL world country, Ash Harem country is quite big. There's this country that emerge recently, have borders where you can see the other opposite end

If Ash succeed in rescue Oscar, I think Oscar gonna combine her country with Ash and make him Kings, while she become Queen. Or, again, wage a bet to fought with Ash ownership (along with his Country) as the prize.

Oscar: "If you win this match, I'll make you my groom, and my country's King, with those girl as concubine"
Ash: "And if I lose?"
Oscar: "Your country gonna be part of my Empire and you gonna be my husband, and those girl your haremette"

Ash finds out that Oscar is taken by the third prince(Oscar's brother) and is planning to marry her. He wants to save her, but was stopped by Mirabel because if Ash goes, that would signify the war between two countries.

So Mirabel gave ash an idea. And that was for Ash to create his own country. So they made the ship that Mirabel showed up in at the end of volume 8 as the 'new country'.

So far the only people belonging to that 'new country' is Ash, Eco, Jessica Lucca, Rebecca, Max, Narvi, Mirabel and Ash's other guy friend(forgot his name). Silvia didnt join because she has to succeed her father but Mirabel threw her status as princess away. The 'new country(ship)' is basically Ash's harem.

Well that's the reason why I think this volume did too much crap.

actually she was engaged to Athrun because of her family. Not ecause it was her choice. Sure she liked Athrun but it was definitely more as a best friend than something like romantic love. Any romantic feelings were on Athrun's part and he got over them easily.

I can tell you that there's not a single illustration of Oscar in vol. 9, just Ceres. So it's likely being dragged to vol. 10.

Back when he and Silvia underwent the Orphan ceremony, he gave up his chance to become a dragonar for her. Well, more like forcefully dumped Lancelot into her body instead of his, against the Mother Dragon's will (talk about a problem child...)

This made his arm explode, and he would have dies if the Mother Dragon hadn't put Eco in his body instead. However, since Eco is the next-gen Mother Dragon, she has power over the others, which transmits to Ash.

special within him which gives him a great potential,and this other dragonar also had this potential , with Ash originally scheduled to have Lancelot and the other dragonar, Echo. Due to the incident you know of, however, the Mother Dragon was forced to push her plan much faster than expected to save Ash. Ash's ability to ride other dragons is hinted to be the result of this special power. It was never mentioned who this other dragonar was, but it should be assumed that he/she also has this power, and that Ash and co. would one day have to meet this dragonar.

Hm, when I was reading the spoilers, I didn't get the hint that there was someone else, "this other Dragonar" so to speak, that was supposed to get Eco.

Frankly, from the dialogue, it seems like it's just Mother Dragon's whim, beyond the fact that the person is "capable" -- "You were going to die, and you had good potential, so I gave you Eco!"

She was first jealous of Ash, because Silvia loves him. Then she did some kind of test thing (I don't know any details), and then she started trying to get pregnant by Ash. lolwut. I'm assuming it was either "If he cheats Silvia will dump him" or "If I get pregnant I'll be in the harem with Silvia." She' kind of a sis-con.

nope! it's quite simple actually, all you need just follower and resource, land can be purchased, or ripped from other country (like some country in Middle East that robs other country's land and still nestled over there till today, shamefully and confidently flaunting their blue star banner).

In this manga setting, Dragonar it self is quite a source (both Military and Politically), especially with nobles as their citizen. In case Ash country been attacked, Lauteramont nobles wont stay put for Silvia is there, and there's also other princess that defend and be defended by their noble family.

Boy! even if there's only him and Eiko, not even the combined force of all country can defeat them.....I mean...just look at Eiko real form, she can stomp flat a castle with her hind legs and take down flying ship with her claws while blown up other enemy with her breath

That being said, I am *very* interested in hearing more descriptions of Eiko's "true" form and Ash's "true" Ark armor..!
