..This is a motoko kusanagi drawing from "Stand-Alone-Complex"..... ..I dont like this one becouse it is quite defective...and it is done a long time ago ..when my..mental-health is 70/100%..... ...I personally....dont like those...exaggerated "big-eye" .cute face with over-detailed...attire....drawings........ .....such drawings look unnatural...and is probably ..drawn by those anime fakers.... |

I personally think...that..the capability to draw real anime is something like a 'Bloodline-limit'..that not all people can have... ...unlike me, most people probably address "big-eye" anime as a different genre of anime.....well?..............SOoo be it.. comments? anyone.? |

..I am doing a research on the forms of anime drawings these days....
....I would like to know how you people conceive the anime "Neon genesis:Evangelion"...with anime like "Naruto"...and "S.A.C"........... ....do they share alot in common in their style of drawing? .... or are they belong to different genres of anime? ... |

I can't understand what you mean by the word "conceive" with the three shows you've just mentioned. As for style they were all created by different creators, though I admit they might have some similarities but it's like saying that Michaelangelo drawing style is the same as Rapahel or Leonardo (and I don't mean turtles). And yes, they belong to differnent genres. But note, those genres do overlap.

I tend to use big eyes for child characters and then as they get older and mature the eyes become narrower and thinner. For a child in anime the focus is the eyes but as the character grows the face takes more shape and the whole face becomes the focus.
