Arashi helped Sayo get over her crazy awesome super strength mode since she was suppose to be a supersoldier based on Dr. Mochizuki's research when he was a mercenary.

I found a few images in Volume 10, most of them are spoilery in terms of the reveal of some woman...

Mikoto's investigating an all-girls school for Black Label. As such, she was ordered to dye her hair black to avoid being detected due to her name. Of course later on, some of the assassins she fights with happens to be the students she befriended as part of an experiment by Syringe.

She first shows up at the ending of Volume 9 when she observes Arashi in action. She's also the girl Mikoto meets. However, the previous volume reveals her allegiance to Syringe, the group that's after Dr. Mochizuki's old research work.

At the end of the 10th volume, the girl knows of Mikoto's Black Label allegiance.

PS - She somehow looks like Oriha's mom.

Yes. Although some of the others show up, trying to cope with Mikoto going undercover.

I don't know. It's not that revealed in the 10th volume. I won't be surprised if Sato-sensei made that decision.

Also got a pic of the woman from the 9th volume cover. Of course, recent volumes have shown a relationship tree. I'll need to check if the woman is named, 'cause I can confirm she's using a fake name. Mikoto's also using a fake name too.
