I'd get the Mio one I posted too, but I have a feeling that's gona be WonFes only or something similar. And I'm not gonna get a figurine from a festival unless I can physically show up at said festival; otherwise, I'm gonna be burning up more time and money than needed trying to get someone to buy one for me or something.

The Mio figurine isn't official, it's a garage kit made by an amateur group. The Yui one, however, is official.

So no, these figurines aren't made by the same people.

The Yui one is official eh? Can't wait to see how the final product turns out, as it's looking pretty gnarly already. Also can't wait for the inevitable official K-ON! Nendoroids.

oye!!!! I see Alter is going to be taking more of my money this year.... I'll selling off some figures to get these, methinks. (always prefer figures that are *doing* something over simple static poses).
