I have already toned down already. Also the character can be someone else other than Originator. Anyway let's change topic, I really want to know what the next arc is going to be like.

I got bored,so im going to post some info:

-To create a Legion you have to take a <Legion Master Quest> from a statue NPC in Ikebukuro.(i dont know what the quest end goal is though,since it's shown for the first time in the current chapters of DMG,the quest is not finished yet to my knowledge and there's probably more than one quest.)the quest involves guarding four eggs from <Lesser> Type Enemies(which reminds me a bit of the steal an egg from a Rathalos quest in MH,only this time there's no Rathalos,The Velociprey are replaced by (probably) weaker than usual Lesser Enemies and you have to guard the egg.)because the task requires simultaneously guarding the four eggs,more than 4 people is recommended.(unless the group trying to make a Legion is the current Petit Paquet but im not going to talk about them now.)
-If by some chance a Burst Linker got defeated and has to wait the 1 hour until he/she respawns,if a <<Stage Transition>> happened when they are in that state.they will respawn(and yes,this makes Orchid Oracle on Black Vise levels of hax).
-So far the only way to tame an Enemy(or to precise Beings)is through a Taming Enhanced Armament like the <Mystical Reins> Sulfur Pot(formerly)had,Seven Arc Sixth Star Delta <The Luminary> which is owned by ARS President and the White king White Cosmos and Chocolate Puppeteer's Abillity <<Cocoa Fountain>>.(im not going to talk about Chocolate Puppeteer now though because im in a bad mood and because every time i think about Choco(Chocolate Puppeteer's nickname)i can barely contain my LOL's).
-Double Payback is an abillity from <The Strife> not from Green Grandee.
-from the information I gathered so far there are apparently 3 ways to get an Abillity:
1.Level Up Bonus.
2.From Shop,Enemy Drop and Dungeon Raid Enhanced Armaments.
3.From Levelling Up initial Enhanced Armaments(ex:Scarlet Rain's Invincible) or a Trait that a Duel Avatar Has(ex:Aqua Current's water armor).
-The ISS Kit gives you more power depending:
1.The more of loser you are.(As descibed by Bush Utan)
2.How pathetic you are in Brain Burst and RL.
3.The more you suffer in Brain Burst and RL.
4.The more negative emotions you are surpressing in yourself.
Unsurprisingly Taku was the strongest ISS Kit user seen,He dwarfed ALL of the other ISS Kit Users in comparison.(to be precise Taku's Dark Shot is as Strong as the Invincible's Laser Cannon(and destroyed the building they were on),his <Lighting Dark Spike>(Negative IS Version of his Lighting Cyan Spike)was so fast Haru didn't even see it and ripped off one of his wings and arms,His Dark Blow would have finished Haru if he didn't guard at the right time and launched him to the next building(not sure about the launching to the next building though,i forgot).

4. Facing a moment of extreme Adversity within yourself. It's described to be something similar to Incarnation, provided that your avatar can support the skill within reason. That's how Haruyuki received Aviation even though he was still at Level 1. Later on in V12, he unlocks Optical Conduction in a similar moment of adversity.

Thanks a Lot for your efforts and kindness!, I just saw again anime version, and question myself if Yen Press will go release all Vols, when I saw Mahouka ads in Aqua Current short story, came to my mind the author (MKnR) is doing some kind of spin off new LNs series based on Mahouka future timeline.

Dont worry about my or others expectations, is always high , but here is when patience and understanding comes, all you people in all this works do for free and on the RL free time, so you could say there high spectations and I known something in the way you say, some works have it, SS or Vols is hard to focus due content, but soon or later need to be read by Us, again thanks and don't worry.

Because Scissor's part was longer than expected,I'll post the trivia now early:

-When Red Rider was still Legion Master of Prominence he armed his Legion Members with guns created by his <Arms Creation> Abillity.Basically they became the Legion whose territory battles has the biggest win rate and on the defensive battles almost impenetrable,the ICBM strategy was created to counter this.
-Sky Raker has two rivals:Blood Leopard and Iron Pound both of which shot her down using <Bloodshed Cannon> and <Rocket Straight> respectively.
-the other legions(or at the very least Great Wall) were aware of the 5th Chrome Disaster but can't intervene due to the Non-Agression Treaty Pact,to make up for this the lieutenants(except for the NN,Prominence and CCC's obviously) trained their IS so that they can fight Chrome Disaster by themself and does not have to resort to a King's Intervention if Cherry Rook ever comes to their territory.
-Spiral Gravity Driver can be used as a drill launcher(It has the restriction that it can only be used downwards though),it was used to force open Vise's shadow portal that he left for Array before it closed.
-Taku's suffering is finally lightening up,he was finally useful in Vol 15,and in Magenta Scissor's monologue she praised him in her monologue in a way that it was the first time someone praised Taku that no had ever been before(to be specific Scissor praised him for his determination to fight even though his Avatar is defective,no one praised Taku like that before).
-None of the ARS are likely to be Cerberus's BB Parent at least in my opinion,the context is:after Cerberus told Crow to take him away far away and Uninstall His Brain Burst Array laughs at this and snarked that they(the ARS)were proud to be his parents because of this rebellious act.
-Array compares Cosmos's <Reincarnation> skill to a deal with the devil.
-Aqua Current's Title is Aquamatic.
-Red Rider has another Title other than Master Gunsmith:BBK(Aqua Current calls him this in Vol 15,it was never stated what it stands for though).
-So far the confirmed Originators are:
-Green Grandee
-Blue Knight
-Black Vise
-Argon Array
-Chrome Falcon
-Saffron Blossom
The ones that are maybe one:

Yes it was Vol11 that confirmed Magnesium Drake was metal-coloured. The artificial metal avatar bit was Argon Array's theory that was seen as taboo in AW after Drake got turned into CD#2 since people wanted to avoid bringing up memories of that time, which IIRC later exposition by ARS confirmed they made Drake and Cerberus.

Yes Drake was well liked back then.

Burst Linkers don't know that people are artificially created as a metal colour, just that the possibility exists to do so according to Argon's theory. ARS actually carried it out wasn't known to BB at large.

Magenta Scissor
-Real Name:Odagiri Rui [小田切累] (Revealed in her Monologue In Vol 16).
-Level 6.
-Abillity is Remote Cut.
-Enhanced Armament are unnamed pair of a big scissor.
-Not a Member of the ARS.
-Hates anything that’s symmetrical or pairs of objects(ex:shoes,chopsticks,etc).
-Spreads the ISS Kit for reasons different than the ARS.
-Has some interest towards Cyan Pile because of his Avatar’s asymmetry.
-the first Burst Linker to equip the ISS Kit.
-Her impression of NN is of that of the chosen ones because NN rebelled against the Non Agression Treaty Pact and because they attempted to challenge the Imperial City(she was probably referring to the Old NN i think).

Avocado Avoider
1.Nicknamed Avo by Scissor.
2.Different from most Duel Avatars in that he looks more like Pac-man.
3.Height is 2 meters and about 30 cm in Diameter
4.Appears to have speech impediment(Unknown if its because of the ISS Kit or if he was like this from the beginning).
5.Heat and Freezing attacks doesn’t work towards him.
6.He was mocked,laughed at and hated by his Parent and fellow Legion members because of his appearance and because he was weak.it got to the point where they abandoned him and PK camped him for his points,when he almost lost all his points Scissor found him(he was running away from them when he met Scissor) and gave him the ISS Kit.He then fought back against his parent and legion and PK camped them until their Brain Burst uninstalled(half of Avocado's former Legion survived and ran away though).
7.Attacks by capturing his enemies using his tounge(the tounge has three claws as seen in the color page of Vol 12) and melting them in his mouth(unfortunately for Chocolate Puppeteer).
8.He has the ability to to distort the perception time of anything inside him,making ambushes in month’s time possible(though he has to sit there feeling the normal time in UNF, he doesn’t mind if it’s Magenta asking him though.),storage capacity in what he keeps inside him is infinite since it’s basically a void.
9.Views Magenta Scissor as the one who saved him and because of this is loyal to her in return.

Now Magenta Scissor's motivation in spreading the ISS Kit is out of disgust towards the abuse and violence towards weaker Burst Linkers,the inequality of the weak and strong and because of her idea that the difference in avatar abillities and attacks makes the game unbalanced.One of the ARS members approached her with the ISS Kit told her that it allows Duel Avatars use of Incarnate System that was revealed by Jigsaw in the Hermes Cord Race which convinced her to spread it.she spread the ISS Kit to strengthen weak avatars like Cyan Pile and Bush Utan to give them better standing against stronger ones and to force everyone to use the Dark Blow and Dark Shot only,even if they don’t want it she’ll just forcibly insert the ISS Kit through surgery with her scissors like she did to Plum Diver and Mint Mitten.unfortunately for her she had no knowledge of:
1.what is Incarnate System.(the ARS probably told her some twisted facts about it)
2.Like what I said in the previous infodump,the factors for the ISS kit giving you more power,which means all that Scissor did was for nothing since the ISS Kit would bring another inequality in power.
3.ISS Kit is being used for the creation of Disaster MK2.
4.the side effect of the ISS Kit is that it corrupts the user's mind(she acknowleged and realized this in her monologue).
She had good intentions but she was used by the ARS because of it and she did it in the wrong way.in her monologue she acknowledged the fact that what she was doing was wrong and was just spreading chaos and confusion.she accepted this and with Avocado and the other ISS Kit users that was with her waits for the destruction of the ISS Kit core which has now been destroyed.

Please correct me if there is anything wrong with this.

Okay because i'm in a rush i'll post a short infodump about Petit Paquet now:

Spoiler for petit paquet:

-Petit Paquet is a small legion that consists of 3 Burst Linkers and 1 Tamed Lesser Type Enemy.
Petit Paquet in general:
-the Legion Master Is Chocolate Puppeteer.
-All 3 Burst Linkers are friends In RL
-Mint Mitten is Chocolate Puppeteer's parent while Puppeteer is Plum Flipper's Parent.
-Plum Flipper was the first one to get forcefully injected with the ISS Kit through Magenta Scissor's surgery.
-the name of the Lesser type Enemy is Lava Carbuncle(attacks by firing lasers from it's forehead) appareantly took Petit Paquet 2 RL Years to tame Carbuncle(it probably has more to do with hiding it and searching for it than taming it though) and before anyone asks,no it doesn't look like Carbuncle from FF at all.
-They created the Legion just to have fun in BB.not because there's some goal they want to reach.

Lava Carbuncle:
-Carbuncle is nicknamed Kuru-chan by Petit Paquet iirc.
-Its laser is strong enough to destroy a building in the<Castle> Stage and the attack range is 30 meters
-its shape is like the bulk of an armadillo,a red gem on its forehead,the length from the head to the tail is 2 meters.
Chocolate Puppeteer:
-Level 4
-acts like an oujou-sama.
-is a member of her school's dessert club(Mint Mitten and Plum Flipper are probably members too).
-Legion Master of Petit Paquet.
-Her abillities are:
1.Cocoa Fountain:creates a pool of chocolate which is a bit sticky if stepped into.she can make any kinds of chocolate or any food or drinks as long as chocolate is in it's ingredient which is how she and her friends tamed Carbuncle by feeding it chocolate from <Cocoa Fountain> for 2 RL years.combat applications is using the chocolate pool to create Choppets from Puppet Make.
2.Puppet Make:creates chocolate puppets that are named Choppet.one attack from a Choppet is strong enough to damage Silver Crow's Health Gauge by 5%,the creation of one Choppet drains 1% of a Cocoa Fountain's chocolate and it can't take more than one hit and since it's basically a chocolate puppet it can be eaten.how many Choppets are created is determined by how many fingers she points to a Cocoa Fountain so the limit to how many she create is probably 10.
-She has the traits of a chocolate such as tasting like chocolate(Haru got curious if she tastes like one like her color and name implies and Puppeteer let him lick her left hand.she tastes like couveture chocolate from Haru's description)and has the melting point of a chocolate.
Mint Mitten:
-Chocolate Puppeteer's Parent.
-the second to be infected by the ISS Kit Through Magenta Scissor's surgery.
-ISS Kit was removed by Lime Bell's Citron Call.
Plum Flipper:
-Chocolate Puppeteer's Child.
-the first to be infected by the ISS Kit through Magenta Scissor's surgery
-ISS Kit was removed by Lime Bell's Citron Call.

Next one is Enemy infodump and maybe some story bits.
