You should be able to watch an anime episode raw and be able to correctly translate 98%+ of it. Requirements: Must make yourself available on the series release day that you are working on (to make sure we get it out to the fans!). Must also be able to work in a team. Also dont worry about time restrains, I understand real life sometimes gets in the way, so I wont be like "you must get this done by tomorrow, NO EXCUSES" all I ask is to do your best and get the work done when your able to ^_^ thanks for reading |
