I'll tell you how to embed youtube videos on this forum. When you go to a youtube page, click on the share tab somewhere below the video (next to the 'about' tab). You'll get a unique URL different than the one in your browser URL bar at the top of the screen.

For this video, the share URL is http://youtu.be/9U1ou0m2K2c

You will use the last part of that URL, the segment after the last slash.

Youtube won't let you cut or copy part of these share URLs, so just place the whole thing in between those youtube tags, and then delete the stuff you don't need.
