Yes

That's Tokyo by night. Although I put a filter on the 1280x800 version to make the light much brighter than it is. I love the effect

There are some more night shots at http://www.uzumaki.eu but I didn't make any like on top of the high buildings like the one used for the wallpaper.

No special holiday required. Just check out Ginza for example :3 Bright & busy every evening.
