Super Amitie and Hayate are the only ones I can consistantly K.O. final battle U-D with.

I can generally get a KO with Vita, Signum or Einhart easily enough.

Have trouble with Kyrie, Shamal, Zafira and Chrono...

That being said, I did just KO U-D with Shamal for fun about 20 minutes ago.

As for the 2nd battle...

I only really have trouble KOing U-D with Fate or Vivio. The rest are pretty much easy mode wins.

How do they fare against arcade-selectable Yuri?

Yuuno's actually pretty damn good against Yuri.

Really, I am disappointed that we didn't get the Twins, Yuuno or Arf to fight against U-D in the story.

Because of how he fights.

Quick jabs and easy to knock back (square to triangle) followed by shield bash (ranged triangle) that you can repeat over and over again.

Plus, if you need to, you have close range circle, which can be an annoying grab for the A.I. to deal with.

Not to mention Yuuno's got the best FD burst in the game (in terms of range). Precia has the same range, but she needs to have it hit exactly on, while Yuuno doesn't.

I doubt that explains Arf and Lieze's exclusion, though.

It would have been... Interesting.

Yuuno would have been mostly useful for round 2, not round 1. Then again, with that grapple...

As for Arf, well, you think Fate would want her to be in danger?

The Twins, yeah, no real reason there that I can see.

By the terms of their contract, Fate cannot order Arf to stay out of danger, and Arf has no reason to let her face danger alone.

Yeah I saw that, but frankly I can never figure out fighting game tips. It took me about 20+ tries to figure out that Einhart's counter was 'X' in range... probably doesn't help GoD has no formal movelist.

Still, U-D at least does feel like a true final boss with how broken she is. I can't KO her in the second fight though, simply because it takes too long to beat her down and the timer runs out. I KO'd her once.

what you do is, get her HP down to 0, she goes super mode, you just FDB her and take her out with most of the characters.

Yeah the problem is just time. And that she doesn't flinch anymore, so hitting her with an FDB can be a bit tricky.

Only Fate has trouble with hitting her with a FDB... Dearche has some trouble, but not much.

All you need to do is know the range of the FDB and then hit it as U-D moves towards you. She doesn't do melee attacks unless you're close.

Close is kind of subjective considering the actual reach on U-D's melee... it just takes me a while to whittle through her first form usually. Only beaten her with Vivio and Dearche.

I... I don't know what to say...

I usually have no problems outside of Fate and Vivio beating U-D in round 2.

Edit: By close, I mean her grapple range. She won't attack unless you're in her grapple range.

Yes, but Yuuno beats Chrono and Touma easily in the game, so he laughs at them.

I actually would like to see a tier list for PvP matches. See who actually is practical in battle, has the good bnb combos, movements and stuff.

Zafira is terrible. His attacks are slow and if he's charging at you you just shoot him. His reflect is the only thing to worry about and other characters have better versions of it.
