I noticed that, too, particularly with the faces. Or perhaps the problem is that some of the game VAs are not good at matching words to lip movements. Not bad. There is one major problem for people wanting to use it though - the filesize is above the allowed limits

As usual, I'm late to the party. I only took an interest in this thanks to Impz headlining this as a must-watch....

So, from what I can see about it, this looks like my kind of thing. But if I'm not mistaken, it's going head-to-head with CLANNAD, yes?
