It's not Burger effect, it's training
Even if one injected by Stigma from Lancelot's and become PANDORA without a hitch, it's didn't mean one will be fighter immediately, they still need to train. And the PANDORA injected while they still young (IMO to give the STIGMA times to grow inside the host body and turn it to STIGMA BODY), and make it impossible for them to be like they are now (jump so high, battling NOVA, etc) without training

Even to be able to get LIMITER in INITIATE ceremony need some power through training too, since the stronger PANDORA can forcefully steal the supposed LIMITER from it's hands.

Just like that Miyabi "Playgirl" Kanadzuki (flying dagger user PANDORA with 5 LIMITER) whose want to add Aoi to her 'collection' in chapter 2
I assume she (Miyabi) steal her other 4 LIMITER (1 is her 1st LIMITER) from their supposed Onee-chan (by forcefully inject them with her STIGMA after beating their supposed PANDORA)

so training for PANDORA will give them at least:
1.Better chance to grab (and 'inject' ) their LIMITER among the rookie in INITIATE ceremony (brawl)
2.Survival in battlefield
3.Very very NICE Shape body
4.Add more LIMITER in case you not satisfied with only one *looking at Miyabi Mikadzuki*

But more importantly, I want to see all ceremony PANDORA and LIMITER should do to become STIGMA COUPLE, from INITIATE, FIRST TIME, BAPTISM and ACCEPTANCE. Also their procedure to re-BAPTISM once one of the couple die (the one whose still alive must paired up to new party to keep his/her STIGMA usable at it's fullest in battlefield).
If BAPTISM mean sex, it'll be funny to see the one whose lost it's pairing, must do it as fast as possible to her new partner in the battle field ......."let's the Orgy begin" Gyahahahahaha
