First let me say he handled almost the whole thing pretty well. 4/5 Pilots and their scenes are pretty well done given LN form.

Look at the title. It's the latest Frozen Teardrop chapter.

And yes, I do have the Endless Waltz novels.

Here's the next part. I may have to redo some parts as it doesn't make a lick of sense.

Sorry, I just didn't believe this strange-thinking writer would tell these memories in FT instead of GoL

Uh... why? Frozen Teardrop has been nothing but a historical telling of crap that happened in the After Colony era... this makes perfect sense. This is what happened right after Endless Waltz and before Frozen Teardrop.

Actually, when you told susyia to look at the title, I thought you meant the title of the post (which didn't mention FT by the way ) then I realized you meant the title of the whole thread, which is actually the reason I'm subscribing it

Come on, guys. Carrying a music box with you is no more stupid than carrying a Chinese broadsword with you. You can't give Sumizawa flak for that. It's stupid but yeah.

I wonder where Heero got it from and what meaning it has. Probs Treize. Sumizawa is cheesy like that.

At least a chinese broadsword will let you (maybe) kill someone if you have to leave the cockpit for whatever reason, so Wufei has that going for him.

Music box? Less useful.

They haven't rewritten Heero's story with the little girl and the dog... maybe he found that music box alongside the dog's corpse, which explains why he would keep it with him during the eve wars and afterwards... still, we have to wait for Sumizawa's version of that flashback

I was going to suggest that it's probably Traize's mother's! But I like Javier's version better.

I always imagined that Duo would be the one to carry something around with him (like from the church, something that belonged to either Sister or Father), but I guess since Heero is the main character, we get to know what kind of odd trinkets hes clinging to.

Can Heero really be considered the lead of Frozen Teardrop? It opens with Kathy granted but even after that it seems Heero is just a side character in all the discriptions we get.

Granted this for EW flashback.

I think you got the impression that Kathy's the main character because the story starts from her point of view. But it's narrated in 1st person, and each flashback is told by different characters (Father Maxwell, Doctor T, Quatrine, Phobos and so on). So I don't think there's a main character. But yes, it goes around Operation Mythos, and it involves mainly Heero and Relena, so I would say they're the main characters.

Spoiler for GoL:

Well... Duo has a silver-ish cross necklace, but no one saw him wearing that crap on the neck, only in EP zero.
