I'm guessing more harem for you?

AIR- Key's game, sad, Kyo-ani, perfect fit.

Other harem
D.C series
EF~ a tale of memories
Ichigo 100%
Shuffle!

Don't ask me how did I came up with the list >_<

Air and Clannad are in the same vain as as Kanon. All are visual novels by Key, made into anime by KyoAni.

Calling Air, Kanon, Clannad, or ef a 'harem' is an insult to those series. ESPECIALLY ef which doesn't even remotely bear a resemblance to a harem at all. However, your suggestions of other visual novel games was spot-on so I will second Air and ef because both are aamazing shows in the veing of Kanon.

Well, I guess it depends on what elements of Kanon you liked. Though not the exact same type of anime, I'd go with something like Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, as it has similar elements of choosing between people, but is very realistic and tragic.

All the others I'd mention (Da Capo, etc) have been already mentioned

Sola was really good and has a kanon/air like feel. Asatte no Houkou is more slice of life but like kanon it has alot of emotional connections between characters.

Myself ; Yourself is somewhat similar to Kanon. It's only 13 episodes too.

Myself; Yourself is like Kanon's soap-operaish, ugly step-sister

I'd probably go with 'ef - a tale of memories' and 'Clannad'.
