All that Ive really watched all the way through is Peach Girl and Ouran HighSchool Host Club. I really loved the slight humor, and the drama. Any suggestions? Im pretty much open to trying any genres, as long as its not horror or has too much fighting. Thanks

Since you didn't mention harem anime, Ill recommend you the romance ones. I'll give you two examples first:
School Rumble (more towards humour)
Onegai Teacher (more towards drama)

There's no fighting in them so they're cool and the romance is there. Watch them and see if you like it ^_^.

Kimikiss = Love triangles (for each lead male), drama, and romance.

I'll add Nodame Cantabile, REC, Cross Game, and Saiunkoku Monogatari. If it matters, REC has more sexuality than the others, but nothing explicit.

Try Air too. It's dramatic with supernatural elements. Really tastefully done IMO, no cheesy stuff.

Lovely Complex, Kimi ni Todoke, two of the very best shojo. Lovely Complex is high on comedy, while Kimi ni is incredibly sweet. Also Try Kaichou wa Maid-Sama.
