Very nice episode. Ayano's friends really have a great time playing around with her. Though since she gets so flustered when it comes to Kazuma its understandable why they do it. Seemed like she was upset that Kazuma might've been thinking that she was going to be in the way. Have to think that she'll be working hard to try and raise his opinion.

Another episode when her temper causes poor innocent objects harm. Last time it was a post a cofee cup, poor thing was bubbling. Really wonder just what Misao said to get her that steemed.

At least she's having an easier time thanking him for his help. Though Kazuma can't resist teasing her anyways. She understood that without his help she and her friends would've been in deep trouble.

He might want to be careful though. This time he couldn't cool her down and he almost got burned there, literally.

Well good episode, next week should be a fun one.

* i'm starting to like ayano's friend even more now hotel date ?
they just had it all wrong which made ayano even more nervous

* and kazuma is such a bully for ayano that guy just won't let her have the easy way, always had to jab her with his snide remarks
that's good for me though..especially when ayano blushes ^_^

*the blob/slime thingy is a bit disturbing...not to mention that it turns it victims into a mummy

* a bit NSFW scenes of misao

*oh,....and why does kazuma has to descend from the moon .....thats'...uhhh imo very cheesy

looking forward to next episode...although i'll keep my expectations of epic batte in check...considering the last few battles

Oh I'm sure her friends knew that this wasn't exactly like that but really wanted to see her responses. Which I can't blame them since she really does react to these things. But really with her going up to the hotel room of a guy she likes (but doesn't accept that yet) its too much fun playing around with.

Thought we finally got to see some water element attacks. Regardless that stuff is pretty creepy.

No doubt the descent from the moon was cheesy but I guess they felt like going over the top with that.

Should be a good fight, hopefully they can ould squeeze some budget out for that.

Downloading the RAW for epi06 now, and from I've read of it here it sounds like a good episode like always ^^ I only don't get the Kirika background or something in all ways it's speculated here but I'll look into that later on. For now, I'll watch and give my opinion later today

What's really disturbing is the amount of service shots in this episode. Too much pantsu flying around.

The descent from the moon is nothing in comparison to Kazuma's leet teleporation skills. He just up and vanishes half the time.

i mean...sure i can understand floating or flying, but since when being a fuujutsushi makes you able to vanish into thin air (either camouflaging or teleportation)
pantsu ??? the only one i catched was in the ultra low angel shot when ayano's in kazuma's room.....i still find misao's ritual with tenshi (doh found a narcisst here a think ) a lot more disturbing than occasional pantsyshot though

Ep5 was fun indeed. Sure didn't take long for Ayano to develop feelings for Kazuma, and she gets jealous in a split second. (I want to see more of her interactions with her friends on the matter - hilarious)... and the woman Kazuma walked out of the alley with sure noticed in a blink - she immediately grabbed on to Kazumas arm

Ayano climbing a pole... free pantyshot for any one who happens to walk by ?

Overall a pretty nice episode, and jealous Ayano is fun to watch. Though i really hope they introduce a worthy opponent sometime soon, because as it is Kazuma looks too bad@ss for his own good.

Yeah Ayano really doesn't waste time developing feelings and a jealous streak. Though unless she starts dealing with how she feels it's probably going to be a lot of work for her jealousy since Kazuma seems to get a lot of attention (from people who work with him and try to kill him).

Anyone who tried to get a free look would probably end up being smacked around. Never a good idea to mess with her when she's in a bad mood unless your really powerful like Kazuma.

I have no doubt that the annimators are perverts at heart. With her uniform being totaled in the fight against Ryuuya, the angle in the hotel, when she kicked the guy, and Misao's...moment.

Kaze no Stigma is the only anime that rised my attention in a long time. It's a sort of "classic" anime, but the characters are well-done and the story is captivating enough. Shounen, but well done.

Kazuma is such a good classic "wind" character. A similar character would be Yuza from Hokuto No Ken (in that anime he was "Yuza of the clouds" - if I remember correctly).

I was quite shocked in learning that Kazuma/Ayano are cousins, because I'm having a "parallel" similar romantic experience in real life (which I never immagined even remotely possible - but we've grown in different continents, so...).

wha!~ from my count there was only 2 fanservice shots ~ which is barely enough to get the blood boiling



and funny you should say "teleportation" as i was wondering myself if it really is that...surely its quite a haxx skill when being used during a fight but so far we havent seen kazuma spam it...it's quite mystical dont you think? the teleports out but never into a fight ~ and i think ayano is rather jealous that she cant do the same

quite a nice ep...it really sets the mood on the cliffhanger :3 Misao seems a bit reluctant to get her upgrade but too bad anger got the better of her

The teleport thing is definitely a haxx, even outside of melee His contract is with the wind spirit lord, not with some matter decomposition engine...

Clearly she wouldn't be that happy about go in there especially with the cries. But I guess revenge is something that she was wanted enough to put up with that. Not attacking in the park probably came from her not being ready. She showed patience at the dinner and walking around with him. Those times she knew revenge was coming soon, so she was willing to hold back until she got the power she needed.

Yeah the magical appearaning ability was something. Be great if he used that in battle, then Ayano could be a really great decoy.

i think you would find that shes always a decoy for kazuma even without him using the teleport skill XD

and yea i think that main reason why she didnt attack kazuma at the park was because her power wasnt strong enough yet ~ gah i cant wait to see how this turns out O.o *blinks once...blinks twice* and that girl whos luring Misao into that trap...she better be strong or else!

So now that she's gotten a bit stronger, and knows she can get stronger yet, she is no longer as desperate about kicking Kazuma's ass... well, so I'd like to believe, but she's been acting like a brainwashed doll ever since the start of the episode, so maybe there's just a bit more to it ^_^

Yeah he probably doesn't need any teleporting to use Ayano as a decoy. Probably does that for fun anyways.

There could be some brainwashing since she has seemed a bit off. Could be with losing her brother wanting revenge and running into this guy, she's just really gotten messed up.

At least from the preview we can see that she's still in there. The costs of getting this power will probably be high. Wonder if she'll just have a power boost or if she'll be turned into some monster.
