Asteroid Impact: 2012 it will miss but 2020 it may hit

this is real folks looks like this year 2012 will miss the chance to see the wipe out of the human race here on earth lol as a huge Asteroid will just barely hit earth and then come back again on 2020 when it might really hit us all LOL

here is the source: http://bigthink.com/ideas/asteroid-2...us-into-action

P.S. just spreading awareness

In b4 Ace Combat jokes
"Lets build super weapons to take out these asteroids that's a good idea! Right?"

Joking aside I'm pretty sure if they said certain than all of the countries would react

"First the dinos, then the mastodons ... then ..."

"A 16-strong team of international boffins have added more evidence for the
controversial theory that a gigantic asteroid smashed into the Earth 12,900 years
ago and wiped out a range of furry mammals, including the mammoths."

See:

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2012/03...moth_asteroid/

I guess it'll be our turn next. Unless we can stop it.

There's always an Arquillian Battle Cruiser, or a Corillian Death Ray, or an intergalactic plague that is about to wipe out all life on this miserable little planet, and the only way these people can get on with their happy lives is that they DO NOT KNOW ABOUT IT!
In the case Earth is in danger
if you're not important, you can forget shelter and die with the rest of the plebs knowing there's nothing you can do about it

These prophecies of destruction are getting older and staler, the more I hear them

Just one week. Just one week I want to hear about how happy people are, and not about humanity going instinct, fallout, or any other assorted disasters and calamities.

On the other hand, experts such as Stephen Hawking have suggested that we need to be prepared to abandon Earth altogether, which would require the construction of a space colony.
This is better shit than most stuff I see on sankaku

Death has always been there. Funny to say that people in the past didn't give a damn because they don't know anything until it happens. Lucky (bad?) for us, hearing this kind of news whether true or lies really does scare us.

Well, fate is fate... We die, then we die.

But we're not going to die without doing anything right? Do everything to survive.

If I'm going to die anyway... I'll die happily beside my family...

That's that.

Hui hui, another death asteroid. The last ten missed us and I wanted to see it close up. Maybe this one will impact, if we are lucky. I better start saving for a telescope!!

What? Hawking's suggested to build space colonies.

Wow, count me in! Space carpenters and wielders needed! I need my house shape like those in Gundam Wing.

Hmmm... What?! Need a permit?! Damn!

Well I choose to look on the bright side. I'll probably be dead before 2020 anyways.

Considering the timespan on hand, the best logical and economical step in which current technology offers us in the face of this somewhat inevitable disaster is to build huge underground bunkers.

I think he meant in the long run...

But even a long term endeavor has to start at some time, so now is as good as any.
