This set up would have EASILY killed who ever went down that thing

Rio should have gotten a broken nose even if she was that lucky, in all likelihood she should have broke her neck...

Gosh I wanna know what year they are in to have reaction-less drives that can lift millions of tonnes, and that's just the mass of the water.

Because for one thing, these are the same voice actors Rio's had in its previous incarnations - a series of character song CDs were released about a year or so before the anime began. It's the same as using the same cast of a visual novel in the anime version. They already are the characters.

And two, voice actors need jobs and money like everyone else. If they're okay with it, that's fine.

Well, how much do seiyuus get paid? I'm pretty with the rock star treatment they get i'm guessing it's pretty much above Japanese Middle Class wages.

Casino Mars lol. First thing I'm wondering about is how do they get back to earth, I'm sure we can rule out precision landing on the mountain, or maybe Linda is more complex than I think

this week ep we got

mint doing space riding but in the holodeck area while rio & mint talking here rina calling rio to meet with owner. (lmao black samurai in space splat)
then owner explain that rio got another challenge set a by person who named is "jack" being set by cartia.
then mint do some searching from linda's "drawing" which is that black samurai.
so scouting from black jack, dice rolling (in a bunny suit mint), slots, even rock paper scissors with ania in a shrimp suit really black samurai loser.
rio & risa have some talking then silent call, misery's pic, etc got to be cartia mind games on it.
more mint follow black samurai while meeting that "boy" again which lead to black samurai going milk crazy, cheese crazy, yogurt crazy, & end up being samurai to the hospital.
then mint bear got blown away till it got "float" & rescue by that "boy".
rio is sitting then that "boy" appear & reveal by cartia that "boy" is jack.
then match is space pinball in extra level.
mint see jack to thank for bear rescue & also find out jack have "power" from bomb disarmed which aka telekinesis then got found by cartia give jack call her a devil give jack want to win to get free.
then he we go space pinball then here come phase 3 aka SPACE SHARKS then rio got "oh-no" but her luck to the rescue from new outfit to RIDING THE SHARKS & rio wins.
then oh no black samurai pops linda's head & now phase 4 OH NO!!!
which cause mint float in space so rio & jack to the rescue & rio stop linda float head which everyone is ok.
mint thank jack again by kiss the bear.

next ep we got flying, cat helmet like for rio, ania shrimp, rio & risa "expoded steam shower" (IF that is Y-word yea we all knew this would happen), beard chair cowboy, & magic girl etc next ep (especially got to see that rio-risa steam shower).

Seriously, I had to rub my eyes to check they were not cheating on me.

In fact, I just have this urge to rub my eyes while watching this.

After watching it again an going back to the said part, I finally saw this scene. I agree, the highlight of this episode was when Mint was wearing a bunny suit. Where did she get it her size and how? I was not really into the whole space pinball thing. Maybe I do not like that kind of pinball in general.

Anyway, the main event with that monster slide got us some nice shots of the girls in swim suits Linda would've almost won, but her head came off once again, and so Rio could step over the "Goal" mark first. Sheer luck, but then she isn't the Goddess of Luck for nothing Spoiler for swimsuits: Anya, Ille and Elle: Rio: After they were taking to the air in this episode, they'll be going to space next episode (#6). Bumping a computer isn't supposed to make it go into "kill everybody" mode. Then again, this is the Sky Resort, where the slide of death exists. Mighty Morphin' Power Jack, despite his small screentime, did serve to establish Cartia pretty well as our antagonist. The space pinball was pretty fun, with space sharks, black holes and more things I never expected to see in the frame. Bit of a sexy spacesuit as well. Though Carlos has been in the background for two episodes now, and not done much either time. I suspect his moment in the spotlight will happen sooner or later.

They never had that on Star Trek... Might have improved some episodes if they had. Mind you the space pinballs did look quite a bit like the pods in 2001. And what with the final level adds to the suspicion that Linda is in fact HAL 9000's Japanese cousin... This series never fails to disappoint with its sheer lunacy. Aren't dealers supposed to be of a certain age, because Jack seemed too young to be a dealer. I thought only dealers have gate cards. Oh well he saved Choco and Mint so he wasn't that bad, just another pawn being used by Cartia. Space pinball was fun, like how Rio hijacked the shark, another nice outfit for her as well. Linda really needs to get a tune-up. So Cartia called Rio a roll ruler. I wonder what that actually means. I like how Mint was level-headed as said that they were too young to kiss. __________________ My Anime List
