You know, I'm beginning to think that Midori really is Kyonko. I had never liked the theory before, but looking back now, there's much evidence to support it. Plus, she's the only girl in the whole game who we know has a father, which fits the poem. It also fits with Kyonko being the main heroine.
So Kyonko WAS crazy from the start...at least according to your theory and "emerald unsanity". Damg, now I know why you didn't like this theory much.
But then there wouldn't be a co-op route would there?
And Kyonko wants to kill all of the SOS-Dan? 0_0
EDIT: Oh, and that means Kyon is crazy too. What's true for one's true for another.

Well, aren't we all crazy to begin with?
Our own personal insanities are simply bottled up in various ways. But they're still there.
In fact, they often come out to play... as is happening in this case.
Of course... Kyon and Kyonko's personal demons might cause a little bit more havoc than the average person's... if you believe a certian theory, of course...

I'm gonna have to make a list of all canon, female characters introduced in the series up through Endless Eight, though. This is seriously stumping me.
I know you've looked them up now, but for anyone who doesn't want to, they are: Haruhi, Yuki, Mikuru, Tsuruya, Ryoko, Imouto, Mori, and Kimidori.

However, there is a difference between hers and Haruhi's; whereas the latter makes the user's desires come true, Midori's only allows her to make other people's desires come true: "I have the power to grant wishes, except my own." This explains many of the "Monsters from the Id" qualities she displays in her speech and (what are presumably) her actions, such as giving Kyonko slider abilties. Most notably, it also explains the Grass is Always Greener scene, as she is unleashing all of Kyonko's hidden desires in her mind (of course, this also means that Kyonko has a lot of issues repressed in her mind. )
As for why she is doing this?
Judging from her speech, just plain boredom.
Spoiler for Alternate interpretations:
I can see several alternate interpretations to the poem that might help narrow down the possibilities.
Interpretation 1: The second stanza (the one about being a child) sounds a lot like a humanoid interface. If you interpret the father in the third stanza to be the IDTE, then the third is supportive of this theory as well. The sixth stanza (about granting wishes) sounds like an interface's power to do amazing things, but not to act as it truly desires. Stanza eight (stealing from others) reminds me of Yuki's actions in December and the interfaces' ability to sync with future versions of themselves.
Conclusion: Kimidori. Look up the English lyrics of Fixed Mind if you want further support.
Interpretation 2: Stanza one says she is a princess, which might mean that she is of high rank even without her powers. Stanza three indicates a poor family life, which is part of the stereotype for people from rich backgrounds. Stanza five indicates that she actually has people to go home to, which would argue against her being an interface. Finally, all of the mentions of things being funny point towards...
Conclusion: Tsuruya. She seems to be a popular choice.
Interpretation 3: "Alone," "not understood," doesn't take anything seriously, and supposedly the creator and destroyer of the world?
Conclusion: Haruhi. And whoever said that the other person in her world was her Seitenkan counterpart? Of course, this would probably require all sorts of time travel or other mind-screwiness.
Spoiler for Suzumiya Haruki no Setsubun, part 23. The End: Lights, camera ...:
Since joining the SOS-dan, I have been subjected to many strange experiences. I have watched red giants destroying a silent, lifeless world, and be cut apart themselves by spheres of soft, blue radiance with humans at their center. I have been in a room that was being restructured around me, while a classmate tried to murder me in order to see how Haruki would respond. And I have been at a manor on an otherwise uninhabited island, where a murder mystery was taking place.
And I have seen the Oni fighting with the fate of the world at stake, though they did it for meat and beans.
All in all, I could die a happy woman if I never have to see that sort of thing again. From now on, I want my Oni to be nothing more than men in masks at festivals.
And so it should not be surprising that I was first at the school gate on Sunday. I had anticipated that it would be locked, had not really expected the place to be bustling with activity, but it was ... quiet.
No birds were singing in the trees, the wind wasn't blowing. Even the sounds from the city at the foot of the hill seemed muted, distant. If I looked down, I could see a thick fog rising, obscuring the roads, the trees, the buildings.
Even with my little brother there, I felt strangely alone, isolated. Of course he was asleep just now. He'd almost fallen down halfway up the hill, obliging me to carry him the rest of the way; he was snoring softly against my neck.
I felt goosebumps marching up and down my spine. When I tried to shake them off, my little brother mumbled and stirred. "Wha's goin' on?" he slurred.
"We're here," I told him. "Time to get off my back and use those little legs of yours."
He complied with good grace. "How long until we start?" he asked as he looked around with bright eyes.
Even if you ask me that, I don't kn -- Ah! I saw something moving in the fog, which was crawling up the hill as if it was following my tracks. Nagato stepped out of the fog as if he had been magically summoned, the big drum tucked securely under his arm.
You're a sight for sore eyes, Nagato! I just hope the rest of our performers arrive soon.
Nagato looked down on me in silence for a moment, then nodded incrementally. He did not respond to my brother's cheerful 'good morning', but gave him a similar nod. "Others are coming," he announced, as if he were discussing the weather.
This turned out to be Tsuruya-sempai, with Taniguchi and Kunikida in tow.
"G'morning, miss ultra director!" Tsuruya-san saluted me, grinning from ear to ear. He was already wearing the garments of a priest, his costume, which clashed with his carefree smile and happy-go-lucky expression. It most certainly clashed with the one-armed hug he gave me. The other arm was engaged in carrying a tote bag.
"Look what I found at the bottom of the hill!" he joked, pointing at Taniguchi and Kunikida, who were similarly in costume. But they certainly didn't look like priests; they were wearing short-skirted, sleeveless dresses with a print to make them look like tiger skin. Add in the Oni-horn hair pieces, and their appearance out of the fog gave me goosebumps all over again.
Thankfully, Taniguchi spoiled the illusion by complaining: "Jeez, Tsuruya-sempai! A joke's a joke, but it's cold! Can I have my coat now?"
Tsuruya-sempai opened the bag, which appeared to be full of normal clothes, and pulled out two white hakama and Taniguchi's coat. Meanwhile, Kunikida came over to say hello to Nagato, my brother and me.
"Are we even going to be able to film with all of this fog?" she asked, with a doubtful look on the white wall rising all around us. She gratefully accepted one of the white hakama when Tsuruya-sempai held it out to her, but did not otherwise comment on the temperature. I admire your fortitude, Kunikida.
"At the current rate of expansion, we have approximately an hour before the location chosen is enveloped by vapours," Nagato reported, eyes gazing past Kunikida into the fog. "Your concern is not required."
"Ehh ... You're really good at maths, aren't you, Nagato-san?" Kunikida said, clearly impressed. "Would you maybe like to join a study group some time?"
"Good morning!" a cheerful voice called out of the billowing fog, and Koizumi faded into view. Trailing behind her was a nervous-looking Asahina-san, who was carrying a heavy basket. Koizumi was wrapped in a thick coat, but had her Oni-horn hairband on, just like Taniguchi and Kunikida. And me.
"It was quite an exciting walk today!" Koizumi announced after greeting those of us already gathered at the gate. "For a moment there, I was worried that we might stray off the path and into some alternate universe." She laughed when she said it, and earned herself the mirth of the two idiots, my brother and Tsuruya-sempai.
I didn't feel like laughing. There was something about the fog that gave me an odd feeling. A feeling like ...
"So how are we getting inside?" Taniguchi asked. "Did you get a spare key from one of the teachers, Kyon, or are we supposed to climb inside like burglars?"
"The gate is open," Nagato announced, still gazing into the foggy distance.
And so it was. As usual, I can rely on Nagato to smooth the way where needed. But even while we walked through the silent corridors of North High, I felt it. The sensation of something approaching.
Nothing and no one obstructed our way to the old shack's roof, where Nagato set up his drum and Koizumi and Tsuruya-sempai unloaded the rest of the props. We needed a little time to draw a series of circles and other figures on the roof with chalk.
Asahina-sempai stood by and fidgeted during this, and he opened his mouth when Nagato and Koizumi placed the candles and an incense burner on the right spots. But in the end, he remained silent.
My brother changed into his costume behind the door to the stairs, and nearly knocked over one of the candles when he came charging out. He looked every inch the little Oni; he had the tiger print (forgive me; it is impossible to get real skin from an endangered species in the shops nowadays) loincloth, he had the staff that looked so chillingly like Makuro's, he was even wearing a white mask that was a dead ringer for hers, as well as the headband.
I complimented him, begged him not to knock anything else over and went to change as well.
"Alright, miss ultra director!" Tsuruya-sempai reported once the candles and the incense were all burning. "We're ready over here." He gestured at the boom-box Koizumi had brought. "Music on standby. Shall we begin?"
"One thing," I said, raising my hands to call for a silence that was not really needed. "The weather doesn't seem to be getting any better," I said, "so we have to do our very best to get this right the first try. Masks?"
Koizumi presented the items requested; three black masks for her, Taniguchi and Kunikida, one white mask for me, a golden, sun-shaped mask for Tsuruya-sempai.
"Camera?" I asked. Koizumi gestured to a camera on a standard, which did not contain any film, but was running anyway. I had insisted on this, when Koizumi and I had a chance to talk alone. When this was all over, I did not want there to be any evidence of what was going to happen on this rooftop.
"Alright," I said. "Positions, everyone. We begin in ten ... nine ... eight ..."
Everyone started to move. And the eerie sensation of Closed Space sliced through me like a knife; when I glanced at the fog, I almost imagined I could see leering faces in its whorls. The show was on, and it seemed our audience had arrived.

Now wouldn't that be a lovely twist...
No caps in the title. It's all lowercase, in contrast to the other two having a song title that's completely capitalized.

@Sute443 Actually, it was a mistake of mine to assume she had to be a character from the canon universe (it was an assumption I had made due to speculation on the rant that accompanied the 20,000th post). Sorry if I misguided anyone.
Nice creepy atmosphere. Fog is creepy to me now, since I just finished watching Denno Coil, which yes, creeped me out. I still stop abusing the word "creepy" now.
3 days out, 3 new pages and 4 new scenes. Oh, well.

Spoiler for September the Sixth, Day 5, Interlude 11 (I)- Lord Have Mercy:
Interlude 11 (I)- Lord Have Mercy
Elsewhere and elsewhen, even though it still rains, a God is not crying.
He's laughing, long and loud.
Three hours ago, Haruki Suzumiya floated in the sky on a massive throne made of chunks of debris and garbage welded together, eating Pocky and watching his Avatars level the city far, far below him.
It was the best Pocky he had ever tasted.
---
It's not like I enjoy the screams, you know? They just... scream when they see my giants. Well, I guess that's a normal reaction to something that big, but...
It's not like I'm killing them either, you know? When their bodies are destroyed, I just transport their existence to a holding area I've created, where they can await the rebirth of my new world.
How do I know this, you ask? Well, I dunno. I just knew it the second I started flying and the giants arose. I guess it's part of being God.
See, turns out that, my powers do have limits, to an extent. I can't just “remake the world” like that... it seems like I gotta destroy the current world to give a new world permanence. Something like how, if I just overwrite everything, it won't be as “real”... I dunno, it's all this metaphysical crap and it just goes right over my head, to tell you the truth.
Man, this Pocky is delicious. Willing the Best Pocky I Could Imagine into existence was the best idea I've ever had, totally.
Heh. "Only a genius can turn imagination into reality." I guess she was right after all.
Where was I... right, yeah. Well, I've been having problems destroying the world. You see, when the giants arose, these blue lights all around the city lit up and, I kid you not, started attacking them. It seems crazy, but they're actually managing to take my boys down. They've also brought out some kind of military and are using anti-tank weapons... which of course don't hurt my giants, but they do slow them down.
Of course, I just make more of them when I see the blue lights and company gaining too much of an advantage, but regardless, the boys haven't managed to blow up very much as a consequence and stuff.
What's that? Couldn't I just destroy the city myself?
...Of course! But it's more fun this way! Omnipotence is great and all, but it can get a little boring. Having minions do everything for you is really damn entertaining.
Eh? What? Two of the blue lights are... coming straight for me?
Oh, man. This outta be good.
---
Two of the Espers had broken off from the main group, in defiance of their orders.
They weren't about to just sit by and watch Haruki Suzumiya destroy their home. They weren't about to sit by and be quashed under the tyranny of a cruel god.
Within their blue fireballs, they looked at each other and intoned.
“My our Lord have mercy upon us.”
He isn't feeling particularly useful today.
A loud boom echoed... and the two rogue Espers found their Lord right in front of them. With a hand around each of their necks, in fact.
Their fireballs were gone. They were powerless before him.
He smiles.
“Ooooorrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!”
Haruki Suzumiya, still holding the two assassins, spun around and around... and around... and around... and at a speed so fast that everything became a blur of a blur... he released them.
One found himself crushed against the edge of a mountain. The other found himself in the middle of what used to be Koushien Stadium. They both 'died' on impact.
Two more existences to add to Haruki Suzumiya's growing collection.
---
“Bwahahaha!”
I float, victorious. Stupid people inside blue lights... so stupid.
...I wonder what they are, anyway? Espers?
Eh, it doesn't matter any more. I'm more interesting than any esper. What's important is that my boys now have even more of an advantage.
“Sorry, kids! I should have let you deal with them! Ahahahaha!”
Really, I had to. They would have been a problem otherwise, and the boys can't fly.
...
That's a great idea!
One of the giants grows a massive pair of wings, and takes off. Cue more screaming.
Wow, that looks so cool. I should have thought of that earlier.
Man, does all this stuff really take me back... I take a can of Coke out of my pocket and chug it.
Ah. Enjoy~.
Wait... take me back? Take me back where?
Where have I seen giants like this before?
Ah, right... it was...
This is the first of three scenes dealing with Haruki... I also updated Interlude 9 with a bit more of what he can do... that is, pretty well anything.
Thi chapter is awesome. I particularly liked Haruki's toughts. Even when he is being an homicide jerk he is still making sure people are not really dead. As Kyon said, Suzumiya would never really desite the death of someone (not that this stop him for scaring their lifes out of them, of course).

The only remotely similar game I completed is Phoenix Wright, which didn't really include the idea of routes.
Fate/Stay Night is like that as well. Even worse, actually, as all rotes must be in order. More similar would be Clannad. The first many are in a free order. After finishing then you get After Story. And only after finishing more 2 'routes' in After Story you can get the final, happy ending. (err, or so I was told. Never really finished)
In both exemples, tehre is an storytelling reason for that. F/SN's only make real sense if played in order. Playing Havens Feel (the last route), before Fate and Unlimited Blade Works spoil them, cause it kill most of the suspense. For Clannad, reading the last route before the otehrs make them kinda pointless, as they will be more like a Bad End. The same happen in Crossroads, I believe. Divine and Co-operation routes reveal more of the plot (I think) that are intented to be reveled only latter on.

Flashes.
Every few seconds, lightning flashes across the grey sky, cutting it into a jigsaw puzzle.
And, as always, I fall into memory.
This time, there is no commentary. Only a story told by an idiot, which signifies nothing.
---
The following is a story from mid-May.
---
It was all just a dream. That is, I wish it was.
After class that day, That Whore Taniguchi came up to me and told me that she had discovered Yuuki and Kyon in a 'compromising position' the other day. She had apparently had photographic proof, but Kyon had confiscated it.
As usual, I pretended she didn't exist, figuring that it was just That Whore Taniguchi's jealousy acting up again.
I wish I was wrong.
When I got to the clubroom, I found Mitsuuru-kun and Kyon playfully wrestling over the right to use the computer mouse. Kyon was laughing. I've never seen her laugh before.
But what really got me was that Mitsuuru-kun managed to cop a feel. Although I'm proud of him for having the balls to do so, it still pisses me the hell off.
They haven't noticed me yet, so I take the opportunity to snatch the mouse out of Kyon's hand and scare Mitsuuru-kun into submission.
Shoving Kyon aside, I flop into my Commander's Chair of Surpreme Amounts of Manliness (that's written on the back, by the way.)
...?
A hidden folder labelled “MITSUURU”... What could this be?
“Haruki, wait.” Kyon says. “That's...”
If you tell me to wait, I'll just press the button or click the mouse. Never let it be said that I am patient.
Huh. It's those erotic photos of Mitsuuru-kun in a maid outfit... I'm getting excited just by looking at them.
I look at Kyon and grin. She must have been saving these for, heh, personal use.
So you has a maid fetish too, Kyon? That's awesome. I should show you my secret notebook some time, kuku.
I scroll down. “What else is in here...?”
Kyon continues to fidget a lot... as I uncover her secret shame... the photos of her in that delicious bunny suit.
“Heh. I guess this means you enjoyed wearing it?” I continue to grin at her evilly. “Maybe I should make it a rule that you should wear this in the clubroom from now on?”
Kyon hastily agrees. ...That was easy.
Ah, this is gonna be so great. I'm gonna have both a pretty maid serving me tea and a cute and sexy bunny girl being, uh, cute and sexy. And bathmouthing me. But that's sexy too. A whole different kind of sexy.
I should get Koizumi-san into some kind of outfit, too... maybe a spy catsuit. Mmm, catsuits. Or whips and leather and chains, those'd work too. And maybe I'll give Yuuki a fruit hat as well, to make the place more colorful. And then my SOS Brigade will be truly complete.
I mean, sure, that wasn't the original goal, but fruit hats? God damn those things are awesome.
There's one more image. I scroll down to see it.
...
...
...
...
...
That Whore Taniguchi wasn't lying.
It's a picture of Yuuki and Kyon in a 'compromising position'. Kyon is looking at the camera with a surprised expression. Her hair, like now, is no longer in that awesome ponytail, and her clothes are all messed up. Yuuki looks the same as ever, except for the lack of glasses... hell, he's not wearing them now, either.
...What else am I supposed to think?
I don't remember what I yelled at Kyon, or what she said to me. I only remember being angry at everyone and accusing her of liking little boys and weak men, and that I might have called her a slut. I forcibly ended the argument by storming out the the clubroom, hurt and angry.
Kyon had basically rejected me, and in the worst way possible. I didn't even get the chance to convey my growing feelings. Do you know how much that hurts? It hurts as much as having a goddamn heart attack!
I knew this was a waste of time.
I headed home and to my room, ignoring everyone.
This is all just a waste of time.
I wish that everyone would just disappear.
---
Do you know why humans have dreams? No, seriously, I don't actually know. Could someone please tell me?
I'd like to know why I'm having this dream, right now.
I woke up, fully clothed in my uniform, in the courtyard of my high school. Well, I suppose “woke up” is the wrong word.
Let's just say I “regained consciousness.” Wait, no, that's wrong too.
Hmm. Whatever, you understand my meaning.
This feels oddly real. I pinch myself. It hurts, although I've never thought of that as a good indicator of your current state of awareness.
I look up.
...This is weird. The sky above me is grey. There's no stars. In fact, all the light in this world is grey.
“In this world”? What... does that mean?
Where the hell am I?
Oh, also, lying next to me, also in her uniform, is Kyon, fast asleep. ...She even has her hair up in a ponytail. Maybe she knows what this place is?
I wake her up with a combination of shaking and yelling. For a minute, I was worried that she wasn't going to wake... er, 'regain consciousness' or whatever.
“Nnnnnn?”
“You finally awake? Do you know where this is?”
Kyon doesn't respond, but as she gets up, she look around with an expression of bewilderment, and, then, finally... understanding.
"When I woke up, I found myself here, and you at my side. What's going on here? Why are we at school?"
Kyon shakes her head, and still doesn't respond. ...She pinches the back of her hand and even tries to pull a bit of hair out, wincing from the pain. Hey, I already did that. If you'd ask, I'd tell you that it doesn't seem like a dream. Maybe.
Well, that's a subjective experience to begin with.
“Haruki, are we the only ones here?”
"Yeah… last I remember, I was asleep in my bed. Why are we here? The sky looks so... dead."
"Have you seen Itsuko?"
"Koizumi-san? No.” Why'd you mention her? I mean, I'm glad you didn't bring up Yuuki or Mitsuuru-kun, but...
"No reason, just curious." Kyon seems to know exactly what's going on. Huh. This must be a dream. She doesn't look worried at all.
After a bit of deliberation, we decided to leave the school, but... when we got to the entrance, there was an invisible wall blocking our path.
What the hell?!
The wall had the consistency of cold washed vegetables covered in plastic wrap. It's disgusting, but also kinda cool.
We traced the wall a bit, but seemed as though the invisible wall surrounded the entire school.
We're cut off from the rest of the world.
“Let's try the back entrance!” I believe that one should always have hope.
“I have a better idea,” Kyon said. “Let's look for a phone.”
That is a great idea! No way the phone lines will be cut off by the huge invisible wall.
Schools are creepy places at night. ...It's like every time you turn a corner, a monster could jump out at you out of nowhere.
Normally, I'd think this was awesome, but tonight, in this world...
Kyon flipped all the light switches she could find was as we passed. In ancient times, people believe that light would drive away the evil around them... I know how they feel.
The staff room was locked, so I threw a fire extinguisher through the window and got in that way. Predictably, the phone wasn't working.
Looks like there's no way to contact the outside world, so...
“Maybe we should get higher up...?” We should get our bearings.
We decided to head to our classroom. All buildings, even relatively new ones like our school, make noise at night. ...Kyon is a lot more nervous than I though, since she jumped at every little creak and crack. The second time this happened, she grabbed ahold of my jacket.
...
“If you're that scared, then grab onto my arm. It looks more natural that way.” Please.
“Dumbass.” Even though she said that... she didn't let go.
Hypocrisy at its finest.
The view from our classroom windows was stunning. We could see the whole city from up here, all the way across to the horizon.
There is no light anywhere. Everything is dead.
It's like the end of the world.
So why is it just the two of us here?
Why?
What do I really want?
Adam and Eve? Don't be ridiculous.
I took Kyon to the clubroom. She offered to brew tea for me, but I think I got upset and left again.
I told her to stay behind, ostensibly for her safety.
I'm such an idiot.
But, still. This is... actually pretty awesome. I think this might be what I've really wanted all along.
And so, after I thought that, or perhaps because I thought that... Something awoke nearby, suffusing the grey world with a blood-red light.
Kyon has got to see this. I burst into the clubroom at full tilt.
“Kyon! It's happened! Something's appeared!” I saw that I was about to run into her and stopped myself just in time. "What is that? It's huge! Is it a monster? It doesn't seem like an illusion. You think that's an alien? Or it could be a superweapon created by the ancients, waking up from its long slumber? Is that thing the reason we can't escape from school?"
Now THIS is a mysterious event.
The giant suddenly moved... and fast. Uh oh.
I pushed Kyon down to the floor as a massive tremor shook the whole complex. I felt a few chunks of ceiling hit my back, but they didn't hurt in the least. As long as Kyon is okay, that's all that matter, I think.
“…T-thanks. You okay?”
I coughed, smiling despite myself. “Heh, this is nothing.” I get the feeling we're going to have to get out of here. That giant is gonna destroy the school, and it's going to be beautiful. “Put your arms around my neck.”
“Huh?”
“We need to get out of the building. Put your arms around my neck so I can carry you out of here!”
For once, she listened to me with a minimum of complaints... and with her on my back, we escaped from the school.
...I'll skip ahead a bit, since I think you already know the ending.
Kyon didn't want to stay here with me. She wanted to go back home, to that boring world where nothing ever happened.
She's just like the rest of them. I've been rejected in a whole different way.
We were on the sports field, and more giants had arisen, continuing their destruction of the school. ...I'd always hated that place.
No one cares about me. I just want to die.
Those kind of thoughts went through my head around then.
But...
"Haruki, listen to me. These last few days, I've experienced some very interesting things. Though you may not know it, there are all sorts of people who are really interested in you. It wouldn't be too far-fetched to say that the world literally revolves around you. Everyone believes you are a very special person, and they've tried to back up those beliefs with actions. You may not know it, but the world is headed in a very interesting direction."
...What is she on about now? I turn to face her. She places her hands on my chest.
The sudden contact makes my heart skip a beat. Kyon looks as though she wants to say something, but can't find the words to do so.
This isn't right. I'm being set up for more pain again.
"What is it now...?"
"You know, I-I really appreciate what you did for me back there in the clubroom."
"Huh?"
"I'm actually not into bookish guys at all. I'd like a man who'd be my knight in shining armor!"
...The hell? The hell is this all of a sudden? Where did this come from? Who decided on this plot device? Hey! Listen to me!
“Don't get it, huh...”
She grabs my tie and pulls me into a kiss.
...
...
Well. I certainly wasn't expecting that.
In this situation, a man can only do one of three things. He can choose to reject her feelings and push her away, he can do the womanly thing and stay like this, or he can grow a pair and do exactly what he feels like doing.
Normally, I'd do the latter, but I think I should have some consideration for ah screw it I want this. I pull her into a tight hug. So tight that she opens her mouth in shock, whereupon I take the opportunity to force my tongue inside.
Kuku, I'll make your first kiss a memorable one if it's the last thing I do. Struggle as you may, I'm not going to let go...!
I'm never going to let go again.
And slowly... ever so slowly... she relaxed... and slid her arms around my neck.
This is the first time I've really felt 'love'.
Oh sure, I've had feelings for girls before, but nothing like this.
It's not a disease, or a mental illness. It's something special, magical, and idealistic. It's something that everyone wants to have. It's a secret to everybody. It's the subject of sonnets and poems and stories and songs. It's a mysterious event.
I am in love. And this alone... makes me realize once again that life is worth living.
The real world isn't boring at all! It's filled with strange and wonderful things! I've just been looking in the wrong places all this time!
I'm such an idiot... how could I not have seen it when it was right in front of my face? Stupid, stupid. Kyon was right. So stupid.
She kisses me with more passion than I ever thought she was capable of. ...I'll have to reevaluate my opinion, it seems.
I don't want to stay in this grey world. I want to go home. I want to go back home and share this life of mine with her. No, not just her... with Koizumi-san, with Mitsuuru-kun, and even Yuuki.
And so, in a whirlwind of light and sound... my melancholy comes to an end.
I wake up on the messy floor of my bedroom. It seems I was making out with my sheets.
...It... it was all just a dream after all?
What!?
Oh well. No biggie.
I've already discovered what really matters, anyway.
I've already found out what it means to be human.
My lips still feel warm. I'm happy.
I got to school early, grinning from ear to ear. I was practically bouncing up and down with pent-up energy.
That Whore Taniguchi and That Slut Kunikida looked at me as though I had leprosy, but I didn't care.
I was waiting for Kyon.
When she finally arrived, only minutes before the start of class, she was wearing both a ponytail and a pissed-off expression. It was tied up with a cute yellow ribbon. The ponytail, not the expression.
I greeted her cheerfully. "Yo, how's it been? Listen, before you say anything, I want to apologize for yesterday. I was totally out of line, and I'm really sorry." That's the least I can do.
“Whatever. It's over and done with, so it really doesn't matter anymore.”
I was wrong... she isn't pissed, just really tired. “You don't look so good.”
“Ugh... I had a horrible nightmare last night.”
Really? I had the best dream of my life. I bet you wish you were there. Oh wait, you were, heh.
She just gives me her usual glare and looks out the window.
How to rectify this... hmm. I know.
“Hey, Kyon.”
“What?”
"You look great in that ponytail. Don't ever take it off again.”
She turns a deep scarlet, mumbling her thanks.
These are the moments when I truly understand love.
Please Enjoy~.
TWO. SCENES. LEFT.
Well, this is, how do I say, mushy. It works very well, anyway. I loved Haruki's toughts here (as usual).
But, well, not wanting to nitpick too much, if Haruki is so secure about his love for Kyonko (witch does fit him), why doesn't him just split it out? I mean, why there is no hot bloode love declaration in all this months. In a similar note, does this mean Haruhi is also so secure herself about it?

Ah, ah. That's right.
What have I been doing all this time? I've forgotten the reason I awakened to this power to begin with.
It's because I have no friends. Or, to be more precise, it's because they've all gone away.
It's because she went away without saying a word.
I've been so busy destroying the world that they completely slipped my mind. I'm such an idiot.
Well, how to rectify this? Let's see...
Well, I'm Jesus, right? There should be nothing impossible for me. I'll just bring my Brigade back!
I will it, and it is done.
...Or not.
Circling me in the sky are four figures who resemble my four underlings. I can only describe them as “wraiths”.
“Stupid moron,” says one.
“My my,” says another.
“Gyaa,” says yet another.
The last one doesn't say anything.
Yeah, this definitely isn't what I wanted.
Stupid moron.
My my.
Gyaa.
...
Stupid moron. My my. Gyaa. ...
Enough. I banish them from existence.
...I think I see now what is meant by “permanence.” Well, if that isn't going to work, then the only solution is to go where they are!
I will it. But it is not done. Something's... preventing me.
CRACK.
I cannot leave this world. There is nothing beyond it. Yet, if that was true, where has everyone gone?
Am I supposed to just give up and live with only wraiths forever?
Stupid moron. My my. Gyaa. ...
...
...
No.
No, I'm not gonna settle for that. I'm leaving.
What matters to me is not the world I live in, but the people who live in it with me. So, if they aren't around, I have no reason to be here.
And who says I can't tip my hat and walk away, anyway? That's a stupid rule. Rules were made to be broken.
So if this is a cosmic rule... then I just have to break it!
---
If there were an observer looking up into the sky at that moment, they would see a very strange sight.
They would see a maelstrom forming far above the earth. A swirling storm, composed of the angry, raining clouds... but no, not just clouds. Stars, planets. The sky itself was circling inward, gathering at a single place... the throne of Haruki Suzumiya.
But no one was looking into the sky at that moment. They were too busy fighting or fleeing for their lives.
---
I gather all the power of my universe in the palms of my hands.
“This is... the strength... of my... devotion!”
And with that, I throw all the power at the ground spread out beneath me. Instead of creating a massive explosion like you'd think, it instead... goes straight through. And even further than that. And still further.
CRACK.
It's a hole. A hole in reality. With this, I can escape my prison.
I call out to what was once the sky.
“KYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNN!”
And I no longer wish to fly. The sudden rush of wind as I fall hits my face like a sledgehammer, but still, I keep on yelling.
“I'M!”
This is how I will recreate my world
“COMING!”
This is how I will end your melancholy.
“FOR!”
And this is how men express their feelings!
“YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!”
---
Upon hearing the screams of his god overhead, Satou Mori alights on what remains of a skyscraper.
“So this is the way it all ends,” he mutters to himself, flicking his hair off his face. “With the power of--”
“Mori!” Arakawa is calling him from the mass of humanity squirming below. “Mori, get down here and help me protect these civilians! Mori!”
Satou Mori sighs. “At least let me finish. 'With the power of love!'”
---
IF TimeTravelerRoute = True THEN
Mitsuuru Asahina crawls through the rubble. He smiles to himself, ignoring the pain. It was only luck that this had landed right in front of him.
He wasn't going to stick around much longer anyway.
---
The hole in reality is a swirling mass of green and white. I fall into it at a speed faster than even light can muster.
Hey, wait, did I just prove Einstein wrong? Man, I gotta tell her about this, too.
There's all sorts of things I've got to tell her.
I pass through walls that were never meant to be shattered. And so, in doing.
The world I was born in and the world I have disowned.
Comes to final, shuddering, screeching conclusion.
Goodnight.
ONE. SCENE. LEFT.
The Power Of Love!
Oh, well, Satou is awesome even in his last (?) momments. A pitty we will probably see even less of him from now on.
Haruki's realization was very well done. I can totally see someone like him simpely forgetting there is things more important them blow off stuff.

Spoiler for September the Sixth, Day 5, Interlude 12: Dark Room- Once More Unto...:
Interlude 12: Once More Unto...
The room is dark. The lights are off.
The only light in the room is the glow of a small CRT television.
The image on the television is that of a sleeping teenage boy, with brown hair.
The shadows just beyond the edges of the light are crying with laughter.
Shadow 1: Ah gods, this is too great. He never sees it coming.
Shadow 2: Even with your pointless meddling, he still never sees it coming. This is wonderful. It's so entertaining. I love watching entire universes be destroyed and people being oblivious about it.
Shadow 1: ...So, would that mean you're satisfied?
Shadow 2: Nope. By the way, they left these at the shrine for us. Catch!
Shadow 2: They certainly know how to send their respect, heh heh heh.
Shadow 1: So now we munch play the waiting snap snap splat game crunch eh?
Shadow 2: Indeed, my Number Two. Also, I think it's time we shed some light in here. I like to see when I eat, you see.
Shadow 1: Wondermunchful.
The lights in the room were finally turned on. At first, all that could be seen was a very large amount of what appeared to be blood.
Then the lights turned off again, as did the television.
Shadow 1: Noooooooooocrunch! My TV with splat dinner crunch munch snap!
Shadow 2: Oh, right, the power outage. ...Too bad, eh?
The second shadow continued to writhe around in despair, although no one in the room had the eyes to see it.
Outside, it had begun to rain. A storm was slowly approaching, screaming out its love all the while.
Only then would the story begin.
DAY 5 END
Whenever I do one of these scenes, I always hear this song playing in the background.
Please Enjoy~, as always.
That music. Oh, great, now all these scenes became more creepy. I guess this is a good thing. Since we are not caring about silly things as copyright, I guess we are using it for these scenes, right? Or, at last, a remake of it

Why it need to be a Bad End? An Ultimate Shout Down between Haruhi and Haruki with Haruhi as victorious counts as Good End too me. Well, maybe.

Wasn't it already confirmed that there are two Greentexts? And it isn't really necessary to speculate about the separately because finding the identity of the female would reveal the identity of the male. Besides, Midori is a female name, so it feels awkward to discuss male Greentext using Midori as the name.

Btw, I am not saying this is the right line of question. Maybe male!Midori is, in fact, irrelevant. I just find curious few think on him at all.
Danchou isn't around to make a flowchart, but I'll post this here for now.

6th/7th Day: Midnight: Exposition End- The story begins with unusual scenery.
So many flashbacks! Speaking on then, they, as well as the two other 'shared' scenes, are going to have any difference depending of the route? I mean, is Flashes in Space (Closed Circle) or Exposition End the same no matter in which route you are?

Poor Mikuru. This time it was not her fault, right? Or does Big Mikuru actually remembr what had gone on? Unlike Mitsuuru(big) she has no reason to don't. But, well, all this paradox thing don't really make much sense.

So is Itsuko a runaway on this route? Interesting. Why just on this one is what I am more interested, tough. Did they found what happened to Kyon's face? Or it was something else?

6th Day: Night: As the Pieces Fall into Place- Kyon, with Haruki's 'help' (who, by the way, is now wearing Kyonko's green dress) decides to put things together and almost completely figures out what's going on.
6th/7th Day: Midnight: Turf War- Haruki, Kyon, and Kyonko decide to head to Kitaguchi Station to meet up with the other Seitenkan, but find all six of their friends already there...
Oh, uh, right. This is going to be... interesting? Weird? Funny? Well, at last Haruki in a dress is going to be funny. Mitsuuru will probably enjoy the role reversal as well.

Ah, to tell the truth I was kinda expecting something cooler. Like Midori-chan 'appearign', saying how the player suck in this game as gaming it over.
