With isolation I think she referst to the very solitude Geass would've granted upon it's wielder to this point.
Hence when C.C and Lelouch are together it's not the same, there's no solitude.

i'm not of those who believe lelouch has charles' code
when you take a code you lose the geass that is the established rule
1 code exists so it leads to the isolation of the immortal one

edit: now that i think about it with only one code existing Ragnarock will never be activated so geass is probably not that much of a thread as it used to be

taking the code means becoming mortal and losing your memories you don't need to kill anyone

as seen cc can seal her own code and loses her memories
charles was going to take her code and THEN kill her to grant her wish immediately
when he was activating ragnarock he used her code and said he will make her wish come true later
the loss of the code doesn't make you die

Well, it wasn't only for isolation if she experiences 40decades of happiness with Lelouch or Lelouch living with geass and C.C

Spoiler for the line in the end:

"Geass is the power of kings, it will isolate you... well, I guess thats a little wrong... eh, Lelouch"

Eitherway if we assume that Lelouch took C.C's code and survived because of that it, the code actually granted her happiness instead of isolating in the end as she herself says.

Then again, geass isolating you would mean you'll be isolated forever(or atleast that's how I viewed it), and when that chain brokes down it didn't completely isolate you, as she has experienced only loneliness, the fact that she's happy now proves that the geass didn't isolate her in the end. And I think she's refering to herself as she stands now, not into the future

You just described how much the last episode of code geass sucks. No real answers, we keep speculating over those things even after the ending. That's not a seal of quality.

Actually c.c. said that but since people are still arguing about how the codes and taking a code work, it will lead to even more speculations To make speculations about existing speculations, that's wonderful

well if he took her code and she is actually talking about herself in the end it makes sense
if she talks about lelouch it won't be plausible cause from now on he'll be the one isolated (well not immediately but when cc grows old and dies he'll live forever isolated like she did)

It may be refering to the fact that Lelouch died and some people still believed in him and knew him for what he was, not a monster.

It's still pretty much speculations without proper subtitles, but imho it was nice of C.C. that she didn't burden him with imortality and maybe she found a new inspiration to live her life.

I don't know. It basically let's the audience decide how they want the story to end, so all the shippers can be happy, except the ones that are dead set that their ship 'won.' (I'm getting certain that the left out Kallen's gum line, just to make the ending more ambiguous, and then made her song to give the Kalulu fans hope. )

I think it's time for all the shipper in all the world to come together on the big ship I like to call, the S.S. WTF.
