The second time hikaru stealths in she outwitted him by stayng in another place with a lot of other females of lower rank so he gets angry and raped the little brother

Of all the girls, it is Murusaki No Ue who is the end girl in the original Genji. It was Murusaki's death that made Genji lost his will to live. Pretty sure there isn't anything like that in this story, but this is the indicator who is the most likely end girl in the story.

Hanada is like Hanachirusato, they are both indecisive and slow to developed that kind of mind. The original genji took Hanachirusato a long time before she decided to be with Genji.

No not yet, in the story of Genji, the Yandere killed two of Genji's girls and attacks another. Yugao and Aoi are the women that Lady Of Rokujo (Yandere) killed. Murasaki is the most important female character in Genji, she was the one who was attacked by Rokujo. 2 of the characters have yet to appear, it wouldn't any sense to introduce Rokujo.
